"the rock face got slippery. Luckily he had a self belay so he did not fall further down. But when he did slip, he did hit his bad shoulder. But not too hard, Aidan announced.
"It's fine. I'll just keep an eye on it the next few days," Austin said as he took the bowl and started feeding Lia.

Chloe almost glared at Aidan with the face of did I ask you? No, I asked my husband. Are you my husband? Didn't think so. She shook her head slightly and got Lia's small night time bottle ready. Milk was the only thing that helped Lia sleep at night, so it was normal for her to drink milk at dinner time.
"Pandy" Lia said, as she reached for pandy. "dada" Lia looked at her dad. "pandy"

"Just wait, Lia. We don't want to get your new panda dirty," Austin said as he pulled Lia's attention back to him. "Now time to eat dinner."

Lia tried reaching for Pandy once more before Austin began feeding her dinner. She was happy now. When he finished feeding her, Chloe gave Lia her bottle and then she was able to hold onto Pandy while she drank her milk.
Chloe stared into the distance and wasn't really listening to much of anything anyone was saying.
"Clo" Molly finally said.
Chloe looked up. "hm?" she asked, looking at Molly.
"you ok?" Molly asked.
"Yea, just thinking" Chloe responded

Austin noticed that Chloe was acting weird. "Are you sure you are okay? You look a little distracted." He then washed the bowl and spoon before placing them into the dishwasher.

"Yea, I'm fine" Chloe said. She wasn't completly fine. She was slightly annoyed Aidan had answered her question that she had asked Austin, but she didn't show it. When Lia finished drinking her milk, she yawned. "alright princess, lets get you ready for bed" Chloe said, carrying her upstairs and into her nursery. She changed her into one of her snow white onesie's and gave her a binki before putting her in her crib with Po-Po and pandy. Chloe kissed her good night and turned on her sound machine and night light.

"I may have pissed her off by answering your question. I mean, you were busy with Lia," Aidan announced with a shrug.
"Don't worry about it. I'll give her some space to cool off," Austin said.

Chloe went back downstairs and into the kitchen. "does anyone want to order pizza for dinner?" Chloe asked as she got the dogs food from the cupboard and fed them each. Then she fed Sunrise as well, who ate beside Ellie.
"I'm down for Pizza" Molly said, "babe, Austin, do you guys want pizza?" Molly asked

"Sure. I can call and order some," Austin said as he pulled his phone from his pocket and dialed the pizza place to order some pizza.

Chloe nodded and went into the living room to put some logs into the fire place to start up a nice warm fire. Once she had the fire going, she put the gate in front of it and sat down on the couch, as she pulled a blanket over her. The blanket was nice and warm, and Chloe was exhausted after the day at the zoo. She lay her head back on the couch and put her feet up on the coffee table

Austin came into the living room as he noticed that Chloe had her neck leaned back. Austin leaned over the couch and gently kissed her neck. "I hope you're not mad or anything," he whispered in her ear.

"Why would I be mad?" Chloe asked sleepily, as she could feel Austin's arms around her neck, but not enough to choke her. "Yes, I was a little annoyed, but I don't really care anymore" Chloe promised as she yawned. "honestly...i'm so tired from the zoo, I might skip dinner" she admitted, as she yawned again

Austin gently continued to kiss her neck a little. He then stopped as he walked over to the couch. He then pulled Chloe so that she was lying with her head on his shoulder. He then wrapped a blanket around them both. "Sleep all you want."

"what about your dinner?" Chloe mumbled sleepily, she never heard his response as she had fallen asleep. Although she didn't sleep long as she woke up when the door bell rang. Chloe sat up and rubbed her eyes. Molly answered the door and brought the pizza inside. Chloe got off the couch and headed into the kitchen with Austin, grabbing herself a slice of pizza, and sitting down so she could eat. Although, she was so tired, she managed to stay away while she ate her dinner.

When the pizza arrives, he grabs a couple of pieces and began to eat. He could see just how tired Chloe was. He then placed a hand on her shoulder. "Why don't you go to bed after dinner. I have some work to do in my office," he whispers in her ear.
