Chloe yawned and woke up around noon, she rolled over and looked at the clock. Chloe sat up and rubbed her eyes before heading downstairs. “I feel refreshed” she said, kissing Lia’s head.

Austin was still asleep as Chloe came downstairs. His cowboy hat still over his eyes. He was not sure how long he had slept for. But by the time he woke up, it was almost dark out.

Chloe was in the kitchen making dinner with Molly when Austin finally got up. “Well hi there sleepy head” Chloe joined as she continued to make dinner. “Oh, Mols can you put them on the table please?” Chloe asked. “Sure” Molly said, taking the glass and putting it on the kitchen table. “Thanks” Chloe said as she continued to make dinner.

"I am sorry I slept so long. I have not been sleeping very well the past few days," Austin apologized as he sat down at the table. "What is for dinner tonight?" Austin asked as he finally looked over at the girls as Aidan walked into the room.
"You look like you went to Demons and back," Aidan announced as he looked at Austin.
"Yeah, I have not been sleeping well the past few days. It felt good to get a few hours worth of sleep. Where is Lia?*

Chloe looked at Austin. "she's playing in her pack n' play" Chloe explained, as she got her seat ready for dinner as well. Chloe poured Lia some milk in her sippy cup and put it on her high chair. "Babe, can you go get her and bring her in?" Chloe asked. "dinner is ready" Chloe said, as she put the mac and cheese on the kitchen table

"Of course," Austin announced as he walked into the living room where Aidan was watching Lia as he was watching the football game by himself.
"come on, Lia. Dinner is almost ready," Austin announced as he brought her into the kitchen

Lia was playing with her toys when Austin walked into the room. She smiled and reached for him as he brought her into the kitchen. "Mommy" Lia said, when Austin put her in her high chair. "Hi sweetie" Chloe said, kissing Lia's head and giving her some mac and cheese. "Aidan!" Chloe called. "DINNER!!" She said, as she sat down beside Lia in her chair. Molly had fed the dogs, and they were busy eating their food right now, same with Sunrise. "I also made some cookies for dessert" Chloe said, as she gave Lia a bite of Mac and Cheese"

Austin nodded as he sat down at the table. Shouldn't you take it easy, Chloe? You're doing way too much for someone who just got out of the hospital," Austin said as he looked at Chloe. "Babe, you should be resting."

Chloe looked over at Austin. "I'm fine" she insisted. "you worry to much" She said, as she took another bite of dinner and then fed Lia again. "besides, Molly helped me make dinner and the cookies, so you don't even need to be worrying" Chloe said, as she continued eating

Austin nodded as he pretty much stayed quiet for the rest of dinner. He was still reliving through his sin of cheating on Chloe. He knew there was no way he could make it up to her. To Indo all that he had done. Austin only ate a few bites of food before he excused himself and headed upstairs to take a long shower.

Chloe looked over at Austin and shrugged, “ill bring him cookies later” she said when she finished eating her dinner. She brought it to the skink and put it on the side, before getting the cookies out of the oven and putting them on the stove to cool. “Mols, would you mind getting Lia ready for bed?” Chloe asked. “No, of course not” Molly replied, as she stood up and picking up Lia, heading up to her nursery.

Austin stood in the stream of the shower as he looked down at the ground, watching water fall down the drain of the walk in shower. He never thought he would ever come depressed over this. He loved Chloe. But he was scared that she was truly upset with him.

When the cookies cooled, Chloe put them on a plate and then took two of them on a separate plate and wrote a little note. -I know you think I hate you, I could never hate the love of my life. Xoxo
Chloe- she put it in the plate and then carried the plate upstairs just as Molly put Lia down to bed. She opened the door to her and Austin’s room and put it down on the floor, before leaving the room again.

Hearing someone in the bedroom, Austin shuts the water off and decides to get out of the shower. He wraps a towel around his waist and entered the room. Finding the cookies, he takes a bite of one of the cookies as a smile came to his face.

Chloe finished up cleaning downstairs and then she headed upstairs to shower. She opened the bedroom door and found Austin in there. “Hey” Chloe said as she went to the bathroom to take out her hair. “Did you like the cookies?” She asked, as she brushed her hair a bit.
