"Sure," Austin said. He then looked at Lia who was playing with some of her halves hit dog slices. "Lia, you know better than to play with your food, sweetheart."

Lia looked over at her father, and then down at her food. "na na" she said, as she picked up her food. Chloe looked at Austin. "I don't think she likes it" Chloe said, as Lia picked up her plate and threw it on the floor. "Amelia Mae!" Chloe said sternly. "we don't throw our food onto the floor" Chloe said. "babe, can you get her something else while I clean this up?" Chloe asked, as she got up from her seat and walked over to pick up the hot dog slices that Lia just threw onto the floor.

"Here, why don't I make her something. She seems to like my cooking," Aidan announced as he got up and walked over to the fridge. He looked inside a for a moment before finding some of his leftover tacos from the other night. He the popped them into the microwave for a few moments and then cut them up into small slices for her. "Here, try this Lia."

"aco!" Lia said with a smile as she took of of the tacos and put it in her mouth. "tank yo" she said. Chloe smiled and put the hot dog bites that Lia threw on the floor, into the trash. She sat back down to eat and Lia was happy again, eating her tacos in peace. "Thanks Aidan" Chloe said, as she took another bite of her hotdog

"Nah, no problem. I noticed she got upset when she finished her taco bites the other night and she was mad that she had to go to bed," Aidan announced as he sat back down in his seat.

Chloe said nothing, she just eyed Aidan for a moment before she continued to eat her dinner. When she finished, she took her plate to the sink and walked over to Lia. "are you finished, sweetheart?" Chloe asked her. Lia shook her head. "ok, finish up and then drink your milk. It's almost bed time" Chloe said. Lia finished up eating her tacos and then drank the rest of her milk

"Did I do something wrong?" Aidan asked Austin when Chloe had left.
"No...why?" Austin asked as he raised a brow.
"She kind of looked at me with a death glare for a second. I feel like I did something wrong," Aidan said.

"no, you didn't do anything wrong" Chloe said, as Lia finished drinking her milk. "alright, I'm going to take her to bed and I'll be back." Chloe said. "Say night night Lia" Lia put her head on Chloe's shoulder and did her little wave. "ni-ni" Lia said. Chloe smiled and headed upstairs. She put Lia into her onesie and then put her down in her crib. "there you go sweet heart" Chloe said, as she gave Lia Po-Po and Pandy. "good night honey" Chloe said, she turned on Lia's sound machine and then turned on her night light before turning out the light and closing the door

Austin said good night to Lia before she was taken upstairs. He was glad that Chloe was not mad at Aidan. But it was just a little weird that she had eyed him for some reason.

Chloe headed back downstairs and cleaned up some dishes before heading into the family room. She sighed slightly and rubbed Ellie behind her ears as she turned on the tv

Something was still bothering Austin about the who Aidan thing when Chloe eyes him. But he didn't know what it was. He didn't want to ask Chloe about what was on her mind. But that seemed to be the only logical choice. He waited for Chloe to get done with Lia as Aidan and Molly went downstairs to watch some TV. Spotting Chloe, Austin looks at her. "Chloe, I hate to ask you this..but are you sure you aren't mad at Aidan?"

Chloe looked up at Austin, and she sighed. "no I'm not mad at him. It just annoyed me that he was certain that Lia liked his cooking more than mine, and that she was mad when she had to go to bed." Chloe said. "I didn't realize she was HIS daughter" she said, as she put her feet up on the coffee table. "I know that sounds so stupid...but honestly....thats just how im feeling" she admitted with another sigh

Austin crossed his arms. "Why does it matter? Both of you are good at cooking. It was just him trying to help. Chloe, just let it go," Austin said as he almost wanted to throw his hands up in frustration. But he refrained himself from doing so. "maybe one day she won't like what he cooks and likes what you cook."

Chloe sighed. "fine" she said. "I know you're right" she said. "I'm going to have a shower" she turned off the tv and headed upstairs to their room and into the bathroom. She closed the door and stared at herself in the mirror for a second before taking off her makeup.

Austin looked at Chloe as she walked upstairs. "I am sorry if I am being a total ass, but don't take things like this seriously. Chloe, I love you. But take a moment to relax." He then walked over to Chloe and kissed her for a long moment. "I'll be up after a while."
