Elexian
The dragon stared at the elf who so foolishly stuck his arm threw her cage bars, doesn't he know I can bite his entire arm off, she asked herself. She stood, maybe I should tear it off and teach him a lesson, she grumbled to herself. But something held her back, come on, she screamed to herself maker a sort of high pitched roaring sound that caused Elexian's sensitive ears to ring slightly but still he waited stoically, he knew that this would be an important event in the building of this relationship. The dragon could feel her stomach acids twisting within her, she knew that she was hungry and she wanted that meat badly. Maybe if the meat smelled a little bad she could give herself a reason to reject the plainly offered food. Gingerly she stepped forward, claws clicking against the stone floor, stretching her neck to Elexian's hand she sniffed quickly then ducked away. It smelled good, water started dribbling from her mouth, Elexian braced himself for the impact..... but it never came. The dragon stared at him, her dragony smile playing at her snout, so he is afraid of my water blast, she thought with glee, how interesting. Again she came forward after making sure no one was around, intending to take the meat from the elf's hand. Suddenly a very loud and angry roaring was heard from the outer stables, the dragons eyes widened and she swiftly recoiled away from Elexian ramming against the back of her cage, She began flapping her wings wildly screaming at Elexian, and at everything, running in tight circles in her cage, periodically hitting her head against the bars and rattling the whole enclosure. Quickly he left, knowing it would be better to leave the dragon to calm her rant herself. He entered the stable area full of rage, in search of those that had utterly wrecked his weeks of hard work, work that was just beginning to pay off but was now completely destroyed.

Firasko stepped out from behind him and nodded, her hand slowly stroking Crimsons bad wing. Because she couldn’t ask how serious it was, she glanced from Crimson to Telytin and back again, the settled her eyes on the healer and pressed her lips together, hoping he would understand. She really didn’t know what else to do at this point, for this was me re communication than she usually had within a week, but she tried to appear calm and collected.
At Regens last outburst Sorgen had gotten rather frustrated. “Regen, BAD girl, don’t DO that! Why can’t you just leave her alone or try to get along? Get over here!” Regen, on the other wing, was livid. How dare that take nosed dappling throated fungus toothed charred kite say something like that! She backed away slightly at Visilvas black mist, which looked almost like a bewitching black cloud to Regen. “Ha! It’s funny how you flea bitten tick sized egg didn’t get eaten by the sparrow, you burnt spaghetti sauce breathing dust sneezer! The cookies in the oven try to turn into warts because of how disgusted they are by you, you shape stealing unoriginal chair eared child of the snake family!” Regen have off a slight zap with that last bit, and Sorgen took her face in his hands. “Regen, stall, NOW. We are NEVER going to make it to the tournament if you keep doing something like this. Regen tried to turn around again, but Sorgen was firm. “I said No.”
“One might think they might just TELL us to leave instead of curing us like that.”, Arrow told his brother on their walk away from the stables.” But undoubtedly what you say is true. The little pink petunia and her waterwort lizard will have quite the visit. Watching them at the tournament will be so funny that the judges will not be able to breathe of laughter and everybody will cheat. By how much does that up our chances of winning?”

Visilva spun away from her rider and let out a purely angered roar at the dragon's last roll of insults, the darkness shooting out from all sides of her and covering the entire stable ground area in a seething mass. Barely, just barely was she able to keep it from getting higher than a dragon's leg... but her willpower was swiftly weakening with each angry word. "The sparrow wouldn't even have been able to see you you mite sized water sucking dried leaf of a twig on an old pine tree that didn't even want to grow up knowing that you'd land beside it! I pity any child that has to set eyes on your revolting carcass of a slimy worm, you sticky molasses pawed uncontrolled zappy battery with donkey ears and an elephant nose! In fact anyone who has to set eyes on you could become permanently blind from your replusive, sickening water dripping stone eyed face your mother ran from when she realized she'd adopted you from a maggot that couldn't stand the smell of your repugnant frog egg!" she said the darkness beginning to slowly rise in swirls of anger. "V.I.S.I.L.V.A!" Alalëa was furious. Balling her hand up she hit her dragon hard on the neck, just trying to get the enormous creature's attention. She did NOT want to have to use Islingr again... but she would if it came to that. "LOOK AT ME RIGHT NOW!" She yelled in her most fearsome voice. Visilva's eyes flickered with white as she looked back down in surprise, actually wincing slightly at her riders expression. Slowly the shadowy fog began to dissipate.... but very very slowly.

Nuana gave her dragon a furious glare, swiftly walking after her. Leilani gave a sigh then slowed, for appearances sake they should walk together. You never knew who could be watching. The blonde girl placed a delicate hand on her the dragon's neck, making sure not to cut herself in the process, and giving light smiles to those who deserved them in her eyes as they passed by. Suddenly, from around the corner of the stable a dark fog rolled up, and before either could do anything, it spread over the ground. Nuana gave a slight gasp of fear. "Leilani, what is happening?" she asked, stepping closer to her dragon. Leilani glanced down, then bent her nose to sniff the fog. Ahhh... that would be Visilva in a temper. Who could have made her so angry to actually let loose one of her powers? With a curious trill she moved forward more swiftly, Nuana quickly moving beside her in a slightly more nervous fashion.

Elexian walked quickly past the rear stables, his temper was mounting with each deafening roar released. He did not even realize when he came upon the black mist which collected around the floor of the stables. Soon he saw the two dragons and their riders, whom he recognized from earlier that morning. The dragons seemed angry, furious even, but Elexian didn't care, it did not matter to him why they were acting this way. But instead of addressing the two dragons he directed his fury to the riders, ''what in blood and thunder is going on here,'' his voice was low and quiet and his expression in no way concealed his anger, ''can you not control these overgrown hatchlings of dragons,'' he asked, staring at one then the other with his dark eyes.

Sorgen was very frustrated with Regen, and continued pulling her back, tryingbhis best to avoid the mysterious shady in two ways fog Visilva was spewing. He turned to Allalea, who didn’t seem to be in a particularly good mood. “I am so sorry!”, he spluttered, trying to maintain his tight grip on Regen. “I’ll try to make sure,”, he pulled her back again,” that this WONT happen again.” He tried to lead Regen, whose tail was still dangerously snapping, back towards her stall when he saw the other elf, the one with the water dragon coming towards him. Sorgen pulled his face together and breathed out. This really couldn’t get any better, could it? He looked over to see if Allalea would explain, but then hurriedly stated,”Dragon incident again. I am so, so sorry. Did I, well, we, disturb something?”

''Not by much,'' Harrow responded, ''I'll be laughing just as much as they.'' Suddenly Harrow saw Nuana approaching their direction. Quickly he flattened himself against the wall dragging his brother with him, ''she's coming,'' he hissed, ''act nonchalant.'' Harrow leaned comfortably against the wall, when Nuana was close enough he stood and executed a formal bow, ''fair lady of the rosie cactus (referring to Leilani), I am Arrow and this is my worthy younger brother. Will you allow us to accompany you wherever it is you are going to grace your ocean flower self?'' (referring to seaweed)

Alalëa's fury was coming to a boiling point as she whirled her gaze over to the novice rider who's dragon seemed to purposely rile up hers. "GET that LIZARD of yours under CONTROL" she yelled slightly, her green eyes snapping with annoyance as she managed to get her own dragon's head down, although Visilva remained glaring in rage at the storm dragon. Suddenly another voice joined the mix, and the rider's expression darkened even more. What right did he have to barge in and ask questions? And how DARE he insult her dragon!!! She glared back just as strongly into the elfs dark gaze. "Dragon incident nothing, that storm dragon had the nerve to burst in here and rile up my dragon to such fury as I have rarely ever seen. If anyone is to fault here, it is that novice rider who cannot seem to keep control of his dragon in ANY situation" she said brusquely, eyes narrowed slightly, stance firm as she glared at Sorgen and Elexian alike.

Leilani turned her gaze slightly as she heard a voice speak in their direction, stopping and tilting her head, then raising it regally and giving the two a very slight nod along with a gracious smile at their compliment. Nuana turned as well, keeping a hand lightly resting on her dragon and frowning slightly at the two beanpole twins. Hmmm... were they worthy of her attention? They were rather scraggly looking... But their humble speech won her out and she gave them a slight smirking smile. "You may for a few moments" she said with a gracious motion of her hand, as she thought a queen might greet a peasant.

Telityn stared at the silent elf for a moment. Why did she seem so familiar? Then he saw the long scar than ran down her neck and he remembered years ago a young elf girl who had gotten her throat slashed by a wild dragon, he actually had to tend her...... and also had to tell her parents that their daughter was left voiceless for the rest of her life. The healer nodded swiftly and knelt beside the large dragon's wing, he wanted to ask its name because sometimes it helped erasure the dragon, but he knew any such attempts would be vain, he looked back up at the tall elf maiden, ''would you mind standing near his head in case he should get frightened,'' he asked before turning back to the wing. It. did not seem too badly damaged, mostly it was just scraped scales and bruised membrane, but there was a small whole that went through the entire wing. ''It's not that bad,'' he said in a cheerful voice as he searched the wound with practiced fingers, ''at least I've seen worse. Zasder, come over here,'' the little green dragon scurried over and sat down at the healer's feet awaiting orders. ''You know what to do,'' Telityn said with a smile, Zasder nodded slowly the carefully crawled to the wound and breathed out onto it. Slowly before their eyes the damaged tissue melded together in a sort of thin scar and the red infected area completely disappeared. ''Good,'' he told the dragon, turning. to Firasko he said, ''wait here, I have to fetch something.'' He walked into his house then emerged a few seconds later holding a glass vial, uncorking it he poured some of the sticky black contents over the wing. He then handed the bottle to Firasko, ''put some of this on him tonight, and tomorrow morning. Also I do not recommend flying him until the day after tomorrow, the hole is just bearly sealed and can easily break again and cause worse wounding.''

''Disturb something, a better word would be destroyed something,'' Elexian spat, utterly ignoring Alalëa's glares for he did fully mean both of the riders, ''you,'' he said rounding on Alalëa, ''I can understand a young boy like him, but you I thought better of you, I thought you knew dragons and understood their ways,'' he smirked suddenly, ''good luck in the games,'' he said mockingly before striding off. Elexian was so furious that he hardly knew what he said and had he been in his right mind he probably would not have even spoken at all, but now..... he just needed some time to cool.

Sorgen was completely nervous already, and he fairy drew together at the sound of Elexian, the angry elf's voice. He didn't even want to stick around to find out what Alalea was going to tell him. Murmuring several forms of apologies, his head to the ground, he grabbed hold of Regen and quickly led her to her stall. Regen was still seething from that last insult, and growled under hear breath which was coming rather short now,"Just wait untill I grow a bit more you mire banished mud rock eating dried up snake's clothes of a flea's cast out piece of a garden stones egg. Even the fleas wont touch you for your disgusting and completly revolting bark snatchling dim lit excuse for low down scratch beaten simple minded eraser clawed blood."

At Harrow's remark to act nonchalant, Arrow started drawing a circle in the dirt with his boot, looking at the bright blue sky and muttering in a high pitched voice about how bad the weather was. At the sight of the air headed girl and dragon, he also did a slight bow, which looker rather like he had found a coin on the floor. He nodded at pretty much everything Harrow said, except for the age difference part, at which he glared slightly at his (younger) brother. Then, turning to Nuana, he asked,"May you grace us with knowing where thou hoity toitiness is going?"

Firasko felt rather relieved that the healer understood her inability to communicate, and at his request, she squatted down across from him and clamed down Crimson, giving him a reassuring look. Crimson relaxed at her touch, and gave the healer no trouble. Firasko carefully observed the knee high green healer's dragon doing its work. She had always been rather infatuated with its interesting abilities, and remembered the time she had had a first hand experience with them. When Telytin walked to his house to retrieve something, she stood back up and reassured Crimson again with another whistle, before walking over to the little dragon and patting its narrowish green head. The dragon side eyed her rather suspiciously, and Firasko stood back up. Once Telytin returned she listened carefully to his directions at how to apply the weird black thing, and nodded her thanks. When the healer turned his back Crimson stood up, looking at his wing at flapping it gently to test it, before giving Firasko the whistle that he was ready to take off. Firasko energetically shook her head, and whistled the sound for "we're going to the stables", which really just sounded like a bunch of disgruntled and confusing tweeting sounds. Crimson gave sort of an annoyed sound, but followed his rider into the stables, which appeared to be in total chaos at the moment. Firasko noticed the elf that had sat beside her that day, and the novice who had spilled his stew. Another elf was also present, and he was not in a very good mood at the moment. Firasko shook her head slightly and walked past them, letting Crimson into his stall with another whistle to keep still. She checked his wing again and then looked at his teeth that contained venom. He lost a few every once in a while, but they quickly regrew. Firasko gently fingered one of them, careful not to touch the dark red poison. It appeared that she was very absorbed in thought, but to be perfectly honest, she was more or less listening to whatever the others had going on.

Harrow almost puked at Nuana's regal answer, ''aye,'' he added to his brother's statement, at the same time trying to keep a fake balance of awe and relax in his voice, ''where is it that you are going to allow your elegance to show?''
