Olive fell asleep standing up her ears were moving a lot as she slept keeping a notice of each sound she heard, she could hear Jake letting out a howl which a pack of coyotes in the distance answered, she did not feel like scolding the pup as he was just doing what came natural to him, however to Olive it was not a good sign as it meant that large predators lurked ahead of them waiting for them when the woke up and started to grab some food to eat, but she was ready to fight to protect Jake her strong legs were well devolped, but how would that fare against a entire pack of wolves or coyotes she wondered as she continued to sleep till morning came.

Jake would finish his howl and then fell asleep in the bush he started to dream of the last time he saw his mother her beautiful fur standing out against the untamed wilds, he still didn't know what made her leave him behind but he was starting to accept it this was just the way the world worked he thought, as he started to imagine himself running in a field with Olive beside him not caring what tomarrow held, he saw Olive as a caring freind, but something deep inside said she was something else a parent to him, as she had been quick to protect him from a threat which had been a lone wolf at the time, his own mother never would have cared she was too busy with his siblings and the pack to care for him.

Olive would wake up as the sun started to rise high in the sky, her ears caught the sound of a horse but this one seemed to have weird things on it's back and mouth she woke Jake by gently nuzzling him, "Hey Jake stay put I am going to talk to that horse" Olive said as she trotted down to meet the horse she noticed he seemed really scared, "Hello who are you stranger are you okay" Olive would ask the scared horse who turned to look at her, "hello wild chica name's King I think I'm okay now but these men that are looking for me they are bad man want me to fight for no reason so I escaped..they tried to ride me too and force me to jump but I outsmarted them chica" King said as he trotted over to Olive, "I'm Olive nice to meet you King" Olive said as she drank in King's scent noticing how unique it was, there was the smell of weird chemicals and a weird scent Olive had never smelled before on his coat.

Jake would watch Olive talk to the strange horse he seemed okay but Jake still did not move, "if that is a stallion probaly best I stay put until Olive says it is okay to come out" Jake said as he watched from the bush, his ears picked up the sounds of a weird creature there language was weird it was not normal words, "as soon as we catch the horse we get him ready to go for his first fight*" the voice said but Jake could tell that they spoke a weird language, his mother said was called spanish as the words sounded a lot like what his mother described when he was a young pup, he just prayed that they would not find Olive and this strange horse who Jake was not sure was a freind to either of them
*I kept it in english so as not to break the HR roleplays rule but there supposed to be talking in Spanish*

Olive would face King "Are you afraid of coyotes King" Olive asked the stallion well admiring his shiny coat which seemed so unreal compared to her dirt and dust covered coat, "The coyotes don't bug me Olive ..infact I used to be freinds with a lone coyote until these mean men shot her for no reason" King said as he shook his head and mane, Olive could not help but notice the weird things on his back and mouth, "Would you like me to take the weird things off you King" Olive asked the stallion who seemed really uncomfortable with the items on him, "you can try but be careful the thing the men said was called a bridle is really tight" King said warning her to be careful, as her teeth bit into the weird strap cinched around his belly she ignored the weird taste of the material as it came loose, she then heard voices "King we must hide the men have found you" Olive said as she galloped off to a hidden little cave with King behind her she just prayed that Jake had decided to hide as well .

Jake would stay hidden in the bush he could hear the sound of horses at least three meaning there must be three of the weird furless creatures in the area, he watched as Olive and King galloped towards a cave he at least knew they were safe from the creatures, he looked at the horses one looked a lot like King the other two were the colour of his fur, he could hear the one who looked like King talking to the others, "My brother is so very stupid for running away the men will surely punish us for this" the horse said, he could tell from her scent that this was a female like Olive a mare, the other two smelled like King they were clearly males like him, "I know Lucia but you know King he has this injustice thing says the great horse told him he needed to run to the wilds to connect with his wild side" said one of the stallions, he could hear the mare who must be Lucia snort at the stallion who had spoken, "No it was not the great horse Uno the men want to ship him off to fight I conviced him to leave I almost went with him but changed my mind" Lucia said to the stallion who must be Uno, she then looked up seeing Jake but said nothing to the others just kept moving.

Olive would talk to King well they were stuck in the cave, "I have one sister called Lucia and one brother called Santiago what about you Olive do you have any siblings" King said to her, "I have one older sister Aqua but she left the herd before I did I don't really remember what she looks like and my two parents are the leaders of the Painted hills herd my father is Reno and my mother is Orchid" Olive said to King well she fiddled with the thing King said was called a bridle, "You were not kidding King that bridle is tight I can barely move it" Olive said as she tugged at a strap on the bridle trying to get it off of him, "I admire you trying to help me remove it Olive but I think we need a canine's help there sharp jaws are better then our flat teeth" King said as he looked at Olive and then looked away, trying hard to hide his feelings for her Olive guessed.

Jake would watch the three horses carefully from his hiding spot, he knew the mare called Lucia had seen him but it seemed like a coyote pup was the least of her concerns, "I wonder what my father and mother and siblings are doing now surely not worrying about me my mother proved that to me" Jake said as he tried to fight his urge to howl for his parents just to see if they missed him, but he knew that would put Olive and the strange stallion in danger so he just stayed quiet ignoring the voice in his head telling him to howl loudly for his parents or even Olive, he let out a low growl as he felt his leg get tangled up in a vine and removed it being careful to avoid sharp thorns sticking out of the vine as he removed it, he could see droplets of his own blood fall on the ground but he quickly cleaned the wounds with his tongue, he knew that his blood would catch the attention of wolves and other coyotes but he could not control there desires it was only natural that they were attracted to the scent of a injuried animal.
