Midnight nodded. "Yea, and it'll be good, I don't know if you've noticed, but Apollo has seemed restless the last few nights" Midnight said as her colt dashed after Blizzard. "Got you Blizzard!!" Apollo squealed. Blizzard giggled. "I'M IT!!" He said as he raced for Galaxy

Twilight gave a slight nod "I did notice, I think all the foals are a bit jumpy what with all this strange disease" she said, looking back over with a laugh as the foals went racing off.
Galaxy let out a squeal of excitement and dashed away from her uncle. "You can't catch me! I already beat you before!" she yelled back as she dodged around a tree.

Blizzard snorted angrily and began to catch up to Galaxy. “GOT YOU!” Blizzard said as he tossed his head and then turned to began to run away from Galaxy.
Midnight nodded a little bit. “True. I just hope that he sleeps better tonight.”

Galaxy stomped a hoof, "No fair!" She yelled with a swish of her tail, then spun with much ferocity and charged Apollo.
Twilight nodded "Im sure he will" she assured her sister.

“HEY!!!” Apollo squealed as he raced towards his mother. He cowered behind her hiding and Midnight chuckled. “Apollo, you can’t hide behind me.” Midnight said, nuzzling her colt. “Aw man.” Apollo said stomping a hoof. “Go on” she said nudging him forward as Galaxy charged forward.
Midnight chuckled as Apollo raced away. “Hes using a lot of energy, so he most definitely should sleep tonight.” Midnight said

Galaxy gave a snort "Hiding behind your Mama" she taunted as she raced after him with a toss of her head.
Twilight laughed "They all will" she said again.

Midnight watched as her colt threw his head. Her eyes softened. “Twi…we never got to watch Freckles run or play.” She whispered with a sad sigh

"Its ok" Midnight murmured. "I have Apollo. I like to think of it as Freckles' gift to me." Midnight admitted as she watched her colt play

Midnight sighed a little bit slowly. She felt a soft nuzzle beside her and looked up to see Freckles. She smiled and then looked back over at Buttermilk. “How’s he doing?” She asked

Twilight sighed, then nodded. "I know, every..... a lot of the herd has gotten better" she said, her ears pinning slightly as she thought of Zephyr. She hadn't made it. And she'd been so strong. And then she wondered about Echo... and her daughter. Where were they? How were they?

Midnight looked at her sister and she nudged her. “Hey.” She said. “If you need to go to Rusty, I’ll understand.” She promised with love in her eyes. “I know something’s upsetting you, so if you need Rusty, I can lay with Specks” she said, eyes glowing at the very thought.
