Sakari nodded, looking relieved as she replied to the dalmatian "That certainly was crazy" she agreed, adding "And my name is Sakari". The husky glanced over at the dog slightly behind her, then when he remained silent, she continued. "We're looking for wounded or trapped dogs, do you think you might be able to help us? I know we do need to find water, and soon, but we need to make sure all the dogs in here are ok first" she finished, her calm blue eyes glancing at the cages ahead of them.

Akila walked towards where the smell of food was the strongest she knew that soon she would have to face eating wild game but she didn't care it was food to her and that's all that mattered, she found some spilled dog food it smelled so good she couldn't ignore it so she started to eat some of it, all the well ignoring other dogs she wasn't in the mood to socialize right now as she had hunger on her mind and she wasn't going to waste this opportunity to eat probably the last dry food she would ever taste.

Dart looked towards the back of the shelter a graceful looking greyhound saluki mix was watching him he let out a disapproving growl, "Are you just going to keep pacing you're kennel or do you want me to free you" he said waiting for a reply, the mixed breed dog sighed before talking "Yes if you can figure out how to open this thing that would be great I'm Blur by the way you" Blur said with a shake of her head, he could tell her coat wasn't grey no it was brown with striping possibly brindle, he forcefully tore the lock off the kennel and the mixed breed dog ran off "Oh by the way my name is Dart" he said as she ran off.
