Svellia quickly lay down and gently slid Rain off her back and onto the ground. "Ssstay hidden, and don't worry yourssself on my behalfff. Thosssee humansss are weaklingssss" she hissed, flashing the dog a fearsome smile, eyes fully constricted as she spun, adding over her shoulder "I'll be back in a few minutessss". Her muscles tense, she suddenly sprinted forward, white coat flashing in the dull sunlight as she fell to her front legs, galloping towards the humans. Her claws gripped the earth as she moved faster and faster, tendrils fluttering behind her as she focused her ears for the humans voices. Catching their sounds she sped up, bursting from over the hill and flashing past them, aiming for the two humans legs and violently throwing a dozen frost spikes towards them as she sped past them in a blur.

Galaxy sighed she wasn't going to stick around here not when it was clear Cole had other things on his mind, she found a ladder and started to climb it where she entered what looked like an old barn she could see some horses one that looked a lot like Champ her horse, she could see that some of them bore scars from harnesses and whips she felt their energy as if it was her own they had people that loved them yet couldn't go to them, she pets a light grey Arabian that seemed friendly she then carefully unlocked the stall "You can run now and get out of this place" Galaxy said as the horse galloped off it looked back at her and gave a neigh of thanks, she then carefully undid all the other stalls a beautiful chestnut mare stopped she refused to leave, she then saw what looked like a foal's halter had they taken this mare's foal she thought as she looked around for the foal but couldn't find it, she then looked at the mare "I will find you're baby there momma don't worry" Galaxy said the mare nuzzled her and then bowed down as if inviting her to ride on her back.

Rain stayed hidden her ears listened to the sounds of the humans and Svellia's claws thundering against the ground as she moved with fantastic speed, she wasn't sure what was going on but it was best she stayed hidden as whatever these things were now clearly saw her as a threat, she then thought about that young girl she met "I hope Galaxy will be alright those things are after her too now" Rain said to herself, she was a winged dog which she guessed was a very rare sight to see in this city as they had already talked about putting her on public display as if she was a piece of art for thousands of people to look at and admire her beauty and they might make decorations out of her wing feathers too.

Svellia hissed in satisfaction as most of her ice bolts hit home, one actually scraping one man's leg. If it had punctured his leg, he would be a frozen ice block by now. Instead, both humans were now frozen to the earth. Svellia skidded to a halt and turned, stalking back over to them. "Ahhh humansss... I wonder.. how do you tassste?" she said in a deadly serious tone, flicking her tongue out at them as she simply gazed at them.

Galaxy considered getting on the mare's back then she heard the sound of one of the evil people that had held her captive before she then leaped onto the mare's back with little hesitation she held on tight as the mare shot off like a rocket her long legs carried her far beyond the main city and into the sub burbs, she could hear the cries of a distressed foal but it was clear the mare nor Galaxy knew where the foal exactly was "I know you're worried momma so am I but we need to be careful" she said as she dismounted the mare and looked for any foal sized hoof prints, she then found some and followed them she then heard the sounds of what sounded like an auctioneer what had she just stumbled into she thought as she searched for the foal, she then heard the cries again they were to the north of her location.

Rain could hear the sounds of more humans they were coming fast on things that sounded very loud, she couldn't alert Svellia not without giving away her hiding spot she let out a low growl it was so low the humans couldn't pick it up but Svellia could, she just had to trust that Svellia read that as a warning rather than her being in danger, she then saw some of them carried some time of weapon it glowed with an odd green tint like the man's eyes who had attacked her after holding the teen girl Galaxy captive, she was done with these strangers they were going to pay for hurting her and every human and pet they had taken or hurt when she was fully healed.

Svellia was just about to continue her attack, when she caught a low growl, coming from Rain's location. Immediately she raised herself up high, sniffing the air and looking about. Her ears caught a strange loud sound and turned to face it, hissing in anger at the strange glowing things. What on earth were those things? How was she to defeat them? She swayed a moment in indecision, waiting for the humans to make the first move.

Galaxy carefully made her way to the north end of the large stable she found the foal they looked alright but even she could see the foal missed his mom, she carefully opened the stall and guided him towards his mother she wished she could stay to watch them leave but she could feel something telling her to head in the direction due east from here, she started to walk away from the auction house as fast as she could and quickly ran off towards the east her long legs could only cover so far, she then saw what looked like a dirtbike and a helmet she looked it over carefully before starting the ignition of the bike and driving towards the east.

Rain could only listen to Svellia and the humans she wasn't of much help being injured, she could hear another bike coming from the east she then scented a very familiar scent coming this way it was the teen girl called Galaxy she was sure of it but she didn't know the teen could drive a human-machine as it didn't seem very safe to her, she could only wait for Galaxy to find her and maybe try and help her she could hear the machine stop and Galaxy strolling towards her, she had to stop herself from making any sound even keeping her tail still so Galaxy could help her.

Svellia stared the humans down as they came towards her.. until suddenly a blinding flash of power shot from one of the weapons, a green blaze just missing her head. Jolting back her eyes constricted in anger and she suddenly took off towards them, dodging the fire as she ran, picking up speed in a two legged sprint as she raced towards them. She knew her ice spikes were out for the moment... but she had a much more powerful weapon readying in her mind for them. As she sprinted she closed her eyes, slowing down her breathing as she concentrated on stretching out her thought walls, letting her mind sense the other's minds. It would be hard with so many humans, but it was almost her only chance. Suddenly her eyes snapped open and a blinding icy flash swept from them, racing over the humans. The atmospheric temperature plummeted drastically, frost crackling over the humans weapons... the still humans. Svellia panted for a moment, withdrawing her mind back to herself and blinking a few times until her pupils widened, and she could take in her handiwork. There was a stillness in the now cold air... and she stalked towards the humans. Some were frozen with fear on their faces, some anger, some pride. But the important thing was, they were now powerless. She hissed in anger at them, stalking towards them with purpose.. until a new scent threaded it's way to her. The human girl. The one they had saved. For a moment she hesitated, then with an angry hiss she spun and lunged forward, galloping back to Rain.

Galaxy heard hissing she backed off some distance she could then see the creature that had saved her from the humans, "I knew they were strong but not that strong" she said as she could see Rain's injuries the winged dog was pretty badly hurt but she would not interfere unless it was required, she then could see the evil humans that looked like they were in shock or was that admiration she couldn't tell and didn't care, all that mattered to her was flushing these evil humans out of the city and restoring the peace, "I see the evil humans are now looking for new fighters shocking" she said sarcastically, she could feel her anger starting to build and wisely ran away from them to let her anger out on a fallen tree she was ready to fight anyway she could.

Rain looked up at Svellia "Did you take care of them all" She said as she could hear Galaxy starting to get angry and running off to dispel that anger she had to admit Galaxy was smart if not inexperienced in fighting, she could see Svellia looked exhausted but she didn't want to say anything sensing Svellia was very prideful like she was, her ears then picked up the sound of a horse no two horses she thought but why was their horses here that didn't make any sense to her, then she heard the sounds of a human he was shouting orders but she couldn't tell to who as the other voice was whispering.

Svellia calmed as she saw it was indeed the girl they had saved, watching in slight amusement as the girl raced off in an angry fit. Well. That was interesting. Humans would never make sense to her. hearing Rain, she glanced down. "Yesss they are incapacccitated for the moment, but i do not know how long it will lasssst" she hissed, glancing about uneasily as she heard more sounds in the distance. "We sssshhhould movve" she added, blinking as her eyes constricted slightly again.

Galaxy could hear humans and horses she didn't want to stick around where they could easily subdue her again and force her back into that awful room, she had to help the creature and Rain get away from here as it was clear they needed help, she quickly ran to the dirtbike put on the helmet "Both of you get far away from here now I will try and buy you time to get away from here" she said as she drove towards the humans, she then pulled out the knife and cut the girths on the saddles of the horses which the humans were riding she heard them scream as they fell off the horses, she then tried to get them to chase her by making as much noise as possible to get their attention, it had worked as the least injured humans were now chasing her on foot she then saw the other humans were now following her too, she then drove at a steady pace keeping them as far away from the creature and Rain as possible.

Rain was grateful that Galaxy was willing to help them she looked at Svellia, "Let's get out of here that won't work for long" Rain said as she heard Galaxy getting all of them to chase her on that human-machine, she was feeling a little better but her wing and rib would need time to heal and then she would be able to move much better, she didn't like not being able to help but that was going to change when she was fully healed, she was super fast through the air and on the ground, she wasn't sure when her species first grew wings but it was clear that it had happened over time in a world similar to earth but far different as she was slightly faster than an earth dog.
