Svellia continued racing through the forest as darkness descended, finally sliding to a stop near the large dark mouth of the cave. As she was about to step into it, a voice sounded from beside her, and she whirled to hiss at the strange smelling winged canine standing, staring Rain. "Who arrre you" Svellia growled warningly, tail and mane flaring.

Galaxy couldn't move or escape Orzon's trap it was like she was captivated by him and unable to escape, she could feel her heart beating fast from fear of Orzon and his followers, she just had to hope that Imara had found Rain and her friend and had healed Rain's injuries, there was nothing she could do no way she could break free from Orzon, "Don't fear me Galaxy join me and you shall become rewarded" said Orzon, she was trying her hardest to fight her desire to look at him but it wouldn't last she could already find her will to fight slipping away, "Reward me ...no you will just use me like you have used the humans and pets that live here to fight for your entertainment" said Galaxy trying to think of the people and pets she had seen in the arena and in the building where she had been held captive.

Rain looked at the canine shifter, "My name is Imara ...I'm a friend of Galaxy I have the powers to heal Rain but I will only do it if you allow me to" Imara said, the canine shifter stayed in her winged dog form which looked amazingly like Rain the only difference was their eyes Rain's was as blue as the sky well Imara's was yellow like a wolf, Rain would look at Svellia putting on an adorable face "Svellia please listen to her I am of much more help if I can use my powers and fly" Rain said trying her hardest to convince Svellia to trust Imara for now, she could see that Imara wasn't in alliance with the evil human-like things as she didn't seem to do anything to alert the evil human-like things on the left fork of the trail.

Svellia hissed, still feeling unsure of this stranger, but at Rain's words she gave a slight growl of compliance. Slowly she lowered herself, keeping eye contact with the strange winged canine as she gently let Rain slide to the floor. "No nearrrerrr than you mussst be" she hissed to Imara warningly.

Galaxy was finding it harder to not look at Orzon but still, she refused to look in his direction "You dare to ignore my power" Orzon said starting to get angry, she continued to ignore his words focusing instead on the things she had seen Orzon ruin, "You have caused destruction where you walk Orzon then all of the citizens of this city combined" Galaxy said, she was trying to stall him so Imara could heal Rain but it wouldn't work for much longer, she was already starting to feel the effects of Orzon's gaze even though she hadn't looked directly at him, "You can not avoid me much longer I can see it in your eyes you are fighting a losing battle" Orzon said his anger seeming to be gone.

Rain tensed up as Imara cast a healing spell she whimpered in pain as her bones mended but then she could feel the relief of being able to move again, "Thank you Imara" Rain said as she got to her paws and unfolded both of her wings to there full length, "You are welcome Rain now I must go" Imara said before she spread two massive wings and took off into the air, "we should get some sleep now" Rain said as she started to lay down after refolding her wings, she didn't wait for Svellia to say something back as she was starting to fall asleep her eyes shut as she drifted off to sleep, she could hear her packmates at home in her dream they seemed worried about her sudden disappearance, but she could read her Alpha's eyes better than anyone he wanted them to continue with there lives as he prayed to their spirits for her safe return.

Svellia shifted warningly as Rain whimpered, staring at the other winged canine with a piercing gaze until she finally turned and left. Glancing at the canine beside her, she smiled slightly to see that she was healed, watching as she lay down and fell asleep almost immediately. Going closer to the cave entrance, she lay down as well, curling her paws up beside her, settling down with a watchful gaze down the path.

Galaxy wasn't sure if she could move again but she had to try, she found the effects of whatever that weapon had given her had worn off and she kicked Orzon as hard as she could before running off, she had to stay away from Rain for now as it was too soon for a fight for any of them, she yawned and ran to somewhere she could shelter for the night, she found an old barn with a hidden room it would have to work for now she was to tired to find somewhere else, she found a bed the was untouched and made the bed up and slept until it was morning, "That was a narrow escape I better be more careful if I want to help this city" Galaxy said as she woke up.

Rain started to wake up as the sunlight entered the cave's entrance, she sniffed the air for any threats she was hungry but it was too risky to go hunting with the evil human-like things everywhere, she unfolded her wings and stretched her legs waiting for Svellia to wake up, she sat down and licked her travel-weary paws she did notice a little imprint of a rock on her paw, but that wasn't unusual as her paw pads were normally thicker than earth dogs as the ground was rougher and uneven where she lived.

Svellia's ears twitched slightly, and she lifted her head as she heard movement in the cave. For a moment she was on high alert, but she relaxed as she saw the winged canine. "Good morrrning" she rumbled, getting to her feet and stretching, shaking out her mane.

Galaxy left the bed in the hidden room of the barn and looked for anything that might be considered food, she found an apple tree just outside and picked a ripe apple she then found some water to wash the apple in, it wasn't much of a breakfast but it would have to do as she was too concerned about Orzon finding her to risk looking elsewhere, she went back into the barn to eat the apple that she had picked she found it was sweet and juicy like the apples she was used to eating, she then would leave the area to head deeper into the city outskirts, it was too risky to head towards the city where she was sure Orzon's followers were waiting for her.

Rain greeted Svellia "Good morning where do you think we should go now as it is too risky to head back into the city," Rain said as she inspected her front paws for any injuries that she might have picked up and not noticed, but thankfully she was fine just restless to move away from the cave where they had slept, she ignored her belly rumbling for food knowing it would be a bad idea to try and hunt without knowing where the evil human-like things were, they could be anywhere in this forest and could even be a few feet away from the cave.

Svellia shifted again and glanced outside. "I am not knowing thisss placcce" she hissed uncertainly. "I feel we sssshhhould eat..." she trailed off, blinking as she glanced back to the canine.

Galaxy looked around in the outskirts it too was touched by Orzon but the destruction here seemed to be minor like he had no interest in this place what so ever, she then entered a place that looked like a book store she noticed that none of the books in the store had been touched, she carefully picked a book up on the cover was her and all the others who had mysteriously been transported here, she opened the book only to find it was telling the story of there arrival and the events after they arrived here, whatever this book was maybe it could help them save the city from Orzon and his followers, she carefully put the book in a small satchel she had found along with her knife that she now carried on her, she then exited the book store and continued to explore the outskirts for any clues on how to save the city from Orzon.

Rain was just as confused as Svellia they didn't know this city very well and she was terribly hungry as was Svellia if only they could find a place where there was food away from the evil human things that seemed to keep chasing them, she faintly seemed to remember something about all cities having something called outskirts which were the least populated areas outside any big city, "Hey Svellia what if we head away from the city and further into these woods" Rain said as she preened her wings getting rid of any loose feathers that clung to her wings, she waited for Svellia's answer to her suggestion anxious to move away from the cave where they were easy targets for the evil human things that hunted them.
