Kastron stopped his run and stared at Eldor dubiously. “Boy we’re in the middle of a whole lot of ice! Maybe your ghosts crystal skin can make you survive this cold at night, but I know mine can’t! I’m going to get another blanket, and while I’m at it, maybe two! And rum.”, he finished as an afterthought.

Kastron didn’t hear that last part, for he was back at the ship. Now the task was to get across. Unfortunately for him, Aunt Pessilys was about to cross, so he would have to wait for at least a minute. He waved Eldor over to watch the spectacle.

Eldor stood back, he wasn't planning on attempting the cross anyway.

Indeed, Kastron statement that aunt could successfully scale an ivy rope proved true. How she managed to march over that without plummeting to the waters or ices death, I don’t know, but she did it, with all of the laundry in hand at that. Kastron looked at Eldor with a smirk. “You want to shake the rope again?”, he said slyly.

Kastron squinted his eyes. “He didn’t want to do this, but at the same time he felt he must. So he unduly went and did just that. However, aunt was so heavy that the rope didn’t move much, but even so, she was quite livid.

Eldor waited to see the rope vibrate and the aunt plunge into the frigid water, but she didn't, ''Kass, you to scared to shake the rope.''

Kastron strained to shake it more vigorously. If aunt was to be mad at him it might as well be well worth it. "You try!", he yelled at Eldor. "SHe be too heavy!"

Eldor rolled his eyes, ''I suppose I'm brains as well as brawn,'' he said striding forward, ''let's both do it. Ready? GO!'' he said beginning to shake the rope as if his life depended on it, which it kind of did.

Unfortunatly neither of them, even both of their strength combined managed to shake of aunt, who began stampeding across like an angry elephant, which she very much bore resembelance to at the moment. "Ha!," Kastron half smirked. "Ye can't do it either, and both of us are the worse for it."
