Elexian smiled as the ice dragon stretched her wings a bit before taking the sword, he bent the edge and watched it straighten again, ''a fine weapon,'' he said, ''stiff enough to retain its shape and flexible enough to bend slightly,'' he said handing it back,'' I was planning on training with blizzard after we find out how good you are with a sword.''Elexian unsheathed his, ''this is just a training sword but should still suit our purposes. Alright, take a swing at me.''

Sarah nodded, then her jaw dropped. "I'm sorry...what?" she asked, blinking in surprise at what he just said. "I'm not going to hurt you!" she said.

Elexian smirked, ''trust me, you won't hurt me,'' he said raising his sword again.

Sarah sighed. "ok..." she said, swinging her sword towards him, as Blizzard flew over head of them. Sarah wanted to close her eyes, but she had a good trainer, and she trusted him, so she just did as he said.

With a deft flick of his wrist Elexian deflected the blade away, ''you have to try harder than that, and turn your body slightly to the side like this,'' he said demonstrating it makes you smaller, causing you to become a harder target to hit. Now try being quicker and put some more strength into the stroke.''

Sorgen brought Regen to the dragon stables, all the while still reproving her for her actions. "Regen, I really am disappointed in you today. You're supposed to be a GOOD dragon, and that exhibit of behavior was all the way in and out inacceptable. It really is in no way amusing. I will be back come noon, to train some more, but in the meantime, you think about what you've done you non behavioral dragon!" Regen changed her eye color to white. Really, she thought to herself. Humans are so stupid, they really should consider using the thing they call a brain. For a while she thought about what Visilva had said. I must learn to take good care of my rider. she thought to herself, deciding that from now on, she would not do a loop the loop without him asking her too. Then again, her rider should be able to do a loop the loop. Regen spun around in her stall, starting to circle. He said he will be back by noon, she thought. I hope I meet that earth dwelling dust eater with the crooked ears again so I can tell her how hideous she is.

Alalëa spared a glance off towards the elf as he swiftly exited the scene... not that she blamed him one bit. Turning her furious attention back to her dragon, she caught a mildly guilty expression on Visilva's face, before it was wiped away and replaced with her everlasting challenging smirk as her eyes faded back into their blazing icy paleness. "VISILVA" she thundered again. "THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was considering letting you off for the shadow trick, but now I see you need some time in the stables to clear your head. AND NO not with the simple lock. I mean DOUBLY locked" she said threateningly in response to Visilva's eye roll. The dragon had long ago learned to open the simple lock that held most dragon stables doors closed.. and a much more complex one had had to be designed by their best smith to keep her contained for just these times. "now MARCH. And just in case you were thinking of slipping into a shadow, i want your head all the way down here so I can keep a hold on a horn" she added, crossing her arms and waiting with a hard violet glare. Visilva stubbornly raised her head in the air, gazing off into the distance in full ignorance. Pssht, no way would she be able to make her surrender! she was not to blame for any of that, plus she hadn't even hurt anyone, not like that sparky bamboo legged grasshopper had! "VISILVA I will not say it again!" Alalëa warningly put her hand to her sword, tapping a foot like a parent losing her patience.

Sorgen sat down on a log by himself in the forest, and hurrled his dagger into a tree, hitting it in the place he had intended to do. He really didn't know what to do with himself at the moment. He had been so sure, so certain that he would be able to control his dragon, even though his father had warned him that thunderstorm dragons had tempers and were energetic. He had not gotten Regen long ago, but he was sure that someday she would be a good, obedient dragon. He walked over to the tree and extracted his dagger. Picking a different target, he flicked his wrist, sending the dagger through the air. He needed somebody to fight with, someone to practice battling... He couldn't think of anyone, and got his dagger back. After a few more rounds of throw and get, he decided to go get Regen again, so he could resume training.

Visilva simply snorted again, turning her head even more, glancing over with a scornful smirk. But it swiftly changed to alarm as Alalëa suddenly whipped her sheath off of her belt, the flexible sword and leather bending and extending into a long leather whip, and before she could jerk back, the elf snapped the whip into the air, jumping slightly as she did, and neatly snagging Visilva's horn. "I warned you" she said in a hard voice, jerking her head down to her. Visilva let out a hiss of anger, then swiftly silenced herself as her rider glared at her. "That's enough from you today. Now either you walk beside me calmly and nicely, or I'll pull you to the stables with my sword wrapped around your horn, like a canine on a leash, and you will never live it down" she threatened, knowing fully well that if Visilva hated anything, it was being mortified and belittle in front of the of the other stable dragons, most of whom stayed out of her way. Visilva narrowed her eyes then let out a snort, rolling her eyes and settling , lowering her head a bit to show her acceptance. Alalëa's eyes softened. She really didn't like getting into arguments with her dragon, especially not when she had to use force. Uncurling the whip from her horn, she wrapped it around her own waist, then let her hand stray on her dragon's neck. "Now come on, let's go" she said in a gentler yet still firm voice. Visilva, feeling a sudden pang of guilt for her actions, and yet forcing herself with practice to not show it, gave a growl then padded after her rider, moving up beside her and walking along quietly until they got the stables. "Inside, Visilva, you've thrown enough fits today" Alalëa said in warning. Visilva growled again, then stepped into her admittedly roomy stall, moving over to the water trough as if in ignorance of her rider. The elf girl sighed, then closed the door and locked it, both locks. "I'll be back later, after noon." Visilva swished her tail slightly in acknowledgement. Alalëa shook her head slightly, then turned and walked off, a slight frown on her serious face. Would Visilva ever grow out of her recalcitrant stage? She really hated having to punish her, and also waste an entire morning of training.

Elexian smiled, ''yes much better, but put more of your body weight on the souls of your feet rather than the front, it keeps you more agile. Also don't let your sword drop, or else you will have a slower reaction time.''

Alalëa frowned to herself, deep in thought as she walked along the pathway, moving to the side slightly as a petal dragon dashed past her, it's owner calling after it with venom. The disturbance broke her melancholy thoughts and she snorted in scorn. Really, if anyone bonded with a petal dragon, they had to be prepared to take the sassy mischevious nature as well, especially with Leilani, the latter spoken of creature. Turning to look back to the path ahead, she realized that her steps had unconsciously taken her in the direction of the forges, where deep clanging and bellows of smoke were being emitted. A slight smile passed over her face. Well, she did have the entire morning off now, and certainly it could do no harm to have her sword looked over, as she knew that unlinking it within the sheath often lead to jamming in the links. With a purposeful look, which she was unaware greatly helped the time in which it took to reach her destination, as her purposeful expression ended up being more of a fierce one and one which no one wanted to attempt to corss, she strode towards one of the forges. Stepping into the forge room, she glanced at the snoring dragon flopped in his usual position in front of the flames on the floor, then turned her gaze to the busy dwarf. "Dagor, do you have a moment?" she requested, leaning against the door post slightly as she spoke.

Dagor concentration was suddenly broken from the sword he was reshaping, he glanced up at the elf leaning casually against his door post, ''Nope. Rarely do I have a moment for social calls,'' he said abruptly continuing to pound the sword before picking up the hilt with his bare hands and soaking the blade in a barrel of water, the steam from the hot metal curling around his sweaty face. ''But I somehow always have time for more work, if that's what yeh came for,'' he added, for he did really like this particular elf, all determination and down to business, the young generation needs some of that, he thought to himself.

Sarah nodded and smiled, about to continue when one of the other elfs came up. She froze, and swiftly put her sword away, looking at the ground for a second

Elexian glanced at the other elf, ''whats wrong,'' he asked, wondering why training had been halted.
