(This is a private RP between Wingfeather and Canadian Sunfeather, if that is not you then I ask that you do not post, but you are welcome to read for fun)
The Rosewood sisters were two ordinary girls from an ordinary town until that was all suddenly changed when they, quite by chance, stumbled upon a whole new world. A beautiful enchanted forest filled with all manner of strange creatures. But it was soon found out that the forest was frozen in time and it was up to them to unfreeze it, or else they might never get out....

Emily
Emily would walk outside she was heading towards the forest she knew since she was very little girl, she quickly climbed a tree but it was what she saw that made her climb down the tree "Erin.. come look at what I found" Emily said as she climbed down the tree to tell Erin about what she saw well she was up in tree, "I saw a dragon I know it was a dragon because of it's large wings" Emily said with excitement she had always thought that mythical creatures were real and not just a figment of her imagination and now she might have the chance to prove it but was it a real dragon or just a statue that someone made.

Erin
Erin glanced up from the book she was reading, ''a dragon,'' she asked, ''Emily we aren't playing pretending games right now.'' Erin knew it was unlike her sister to tell tall tales but she and her sister had explored these woods from their childhood and never saw anything of the sort, ''Are you sure,'' she asked.

Emily nodded her head "I'm not playing around I really saw a dragon it is over in that direction" she said well pointing in the direction of where she saw the dragon, she started to walk off in the direction of it only looking back to see if her sister was following her, she knew it was possible what she saw was a statue but it looked so real the wings were so lifelike it would be hard to sculpt that even if you were a experienced sculptor, there was no way it was a statue Emily was sure of it but how would she prove that to Erin, it was not like a dragon would risk being seen by humans on purpose.

Erin watched as Emily walked deeper into the wood, she could not let her go anywhere alone and knew that to try to discourage her sister from any adventure would be futile. Quickly she followed after her, “I guess the sooner she realizes that it was nothing the sooner we can go home,” Erin told herself. ''See anything,'' she caller to Emily who was still a little ways in front of her, she fully expected the girl to say ''no.'' Erin did not mean it in a rude way, she just knew that Emily had quite the imagination and also had a very great love for any and all magical creatures.

Emily walked towards the area where she had seen the dragon "Yes Erin I see it but there is something not quite right it looks like a real dragon" Emily said as she walked over to the supposed statue, only to find out that it wasn't a statue at all the wings looked like real dragon wings and the teeth were pointed and white like a real dragon's tooth she waited for her sister to say anything about her imaginary dragon now as was walking towards her with an okay prove it is real to me look on her face.

Erin staggered slightly when she saw the huge statue, or at least what seemed like a statue. It was so lifelike with its wings outstretched and frightening teeth gleaming brightly. ''Whoa there actually is a dragon,'' she said more to herself then Emily, ''how do you think it got here, I mean we've explored this wood countless time,'' she walked closer to its head but still stood a good distance away, suddenly she turned towards her sister, ''sorry for not believing you, I should know by now that you'd never lie to me'' she said with a rueful smile.

Emily looked the dragon over its teeth were razor sharp and pointed, she then looked back at Erin "It's okay Erin as for that theory I think this forest hides more than we're aware of maybe a hidden kingdom" Emily said as she touched one of the dragon's claws to see if it would react, but it didn't leave her very confused on why the dragon didn't react to their presence, what has happened to the forest since the last time they visited she thought as she saw what looked like glass shining in the distance.

Erin took tentative steps closer to the dragon until she was standing beside her sister, she could not resist touching the cold hard scales as well, ''he really is beautiful,'' she breathed. She looked at Emily, ''a hidden kingdom? Where did you get that idea from,'' she asked, ''not that I don't believe you,'' Erin added quickly, ''now I believe anything is possible, but the idea of a kingdom is rather abrupt. And.....What are you staring at,'' she asked following her sister's gaze, then gasped.

Emily could see a castle hidden in the distance something had happened in these forests a long time ago something that until now remained hidden, "You think at one point this entire forest used to be a kingdom" she said as she could see the glass on the castle reflecting the sunlight, it made her stop and think maybe they came here for a reason but if that was the case why show them all of this she thought as she spotted some kind of carving on a stone, it said "Your quest to save this kingdom starts now we will not let you leave until you do" in plain English which puzzled her even more, surely these forests aren't alive she thought as she pointed to the stone "Erin read the carving I think we were meant to come to the forest" she said.

Erin wrenched her gaze away from the shining castle in the distance to see Emily pointing at a rock which seemed to have lettering carved into it. She stooped down and read the words then reread them. Erin frowned, ''ok, this is getting a little creepy,'' she said with a shudder, ''though it seems you are right about this wood being or at least having been a kingdom. But who could this ''we'' possibly be? Do you think they are from that palace in the distance?'' Erin's mind was whirling in confusion, they were just two young girls, there was nothing special about them.

Emily would nod her head "I'm sure of it although why they picked us is still a mystery" Emily said as she looked around for any other clues as to what they needed to do here in these woods, she then spotted a weird picture etched in the ground it showed the castle in great detail but there was some writting where the road leading to the castle should be, it was in english too which confused her as it didn't make sense "The quest will start as soon as you pass through the gates of a once busy kingdom" said Emily as she looked at the message where the road should be.

Erin glanced down at the sketch, she admired its detail and accuracy. Then she read the massage, ''this just makes everything all the more puzzling,'' she said in a tone of frustration. She looked down the way that would lead to the castle, ''but... do you think we should go? But, I mean... what if this is all just a trick, what if whoever they are might be trying to lead us into a trap then do something horrid to us?'' These voiced thoughts sent frightening images to Erin's practical mind, she didn't want any harm coming to her or her sister.

Emily looked at the message again, the only way forward was to do as the message said no matter the risks they could face on the way to the castle Emily thought, she also looked at the road it was overgrown with weeds and foliage but parts of it were still visable, "I think whoever wants us here does not intend to harm us they just want us to help them restore there kingdom" Emily said as she took a catious step forward on the road to the castle that awaited them in the distance she looked at Erin before taking another catious step "It will be okay sister I just know it" Emily said trying to encourage her to follow her.

Erin glanced around then sighed, ''fine,'' she said walking towards Emily, ''honestly I have no idea how you always talk me into these things.'' She began to step through the overgrown pathway, ''wonder why no ones tended to this,'' she said, she caught her breath suddenly when she stumbled over a root and nearly fell. Erin shook her head, she had to watch her step in a place like this. ''Who do you think lives in the castle,'' she asked as she squinted towards it again, ''do you think they are the same who wrote the message and drew the picture,'' Erin didn't really know if Emily would have an answer to these questions but it cleared her mind a bit once she voiced them out loud.
