A child of Apollo, born of a mortal mother in the time of the Witch Trials, growing up in this fearful time, as her powers grow ever stronger. A quest must be given to balance herself before she reveals herself to the world, and is condemned.

Role: Male main character, love interest, traveling partner

Motivation: Longing for something new, he sets out, despite the protests of his mother and father, to travel far from his village. Perhaps following the pull that will bring him to somewhere--or to someone.

Important story/plot notes: Jora does not know he is a demi-god. He believes his father is a man his mother married before his conception.

Powers: Manipulate the perception of time within people and earth bound beings. For example, he would make a plant think time has gone on longer/faster than it really has, thus tricking it into growing faster.

Appearance: Shoulder length dark hair sometimes pulled back, Average height, strong built.

Personality: Mature, compassionate, lively and social.

Backstory: Son of Chronos--the titan of time, Son of Jane--a lady said to be cursed. Jora grew up with people turning their back as him and his mother approached, heated whispers filling the air. Even with the distain he would get from others, he would only treat them with kindness. The friendliest one could be.

The strangest things would happen within his household. His mother would be found whispering to someone not there, or the crops planted outside their house would grow faster if he noticed they were too slow. And his name, people believed his mother spoke to unknown beings, bestowing her his name.
