Plot
You are the heir to a throne in one of the five kingdoms of music but when a ominous note arrives at your door it warns you to flee the kingdom you know as fast as possible along the way you meet the other princesses and become travel companions until you reach the badlands a place outside the border of the kingdoms where dangers lurk all around you.

Nickela would look out the window of her bedroom it seems like only yesterday she was told the news that a prince from a far away land was coming to seek her hand in marriage but she was not ready for it not yet anyways, she would get up from her bed and streached before getting dressed in one of her simple gowns a subdued faded red with subtle black trim, her family must have already gotten up because she did not see her sister in her bed as she was often the last one to rise from her bed, "Time to get breakfest and then maybe see Rain I have not seen her in a while I wonder if Father is keeping me from her on purpose" Nickela said as she headed into the banquet hall her hair hung lose running down her shoulders unbrushed, she entered the room only to hear her father and Marley arguing about Jet the newest horse to the royal stables a handsome black fresian who had been hard to control until he had been stabled near Abbey the bossy mare kept him in line better then anyone could, they stopped there argument long enough to notice Nickela had entered "Hello daughter grab a seat our breakfest will be served soon the cooks have had a delay in getting food ready due to a little boy issue" Ringo her father said as he looked back over at Janis her mother, she grabbed a seat near Jovi who was busy petting Fray under the table his big size was barely noticible except for his thumping tail that was a dead giveaway to everyone who could hear it including Janis, "Jovi what is Fray doing in here I thought I told you he was not allowed in here" Janis her mother said in a scolding tone, "But Mom he is protecting our feet and legs" Jovi her little sister said as she took Fray just outside the banquet hall and made him lay down before coming back inside and sitting back down at the table.

It was early morning as Sorya took a sunrise ride through the sunflower fields on her Friesian mare, Midnight. Sorya was always seen with her favorite horse. It was unconventional that Sorya ride a friesian. But she did not care. They had a close bond together, and no one could break it. Turning around in her saddle, Sorya could see the castle in the distance. She had ridden a couple of miles to see the sunrise. She was an early riser like her father, unless it was a special occasion, then she would sleep in just a little bit. Heading towards the cliff, Sorya pulls Midnight to a stop as she looks out a the golds, pinks, and yellows as the sun rose high behind the mountains. It was a beautiful site that Sorya loved waking up to. After a while, she heads back to the castle just as breakfast was getting started. After taking care of Midnight (she preferred to take care of her own horse for a stronger bond).
"There you are Princess.....wait...is that dirt on your dress?" her governess Ardella announced as she looked at Sorya. She places her hand on her forehead with her fingers pinching her bridge of her nose as she spoke next. "Princess, how many times do I have to tell you? You are a lady. You should not be tromping in the fields like this. I know you are just having fun...but please, do be careful. Your mother would not be happy to see another dress ruined from your morning rides. Go. Upstairs and change immediately. I will have the laundry take care of this dress and see if there is any saving it. Then report straight for breakfast. Your parents will be waiting for you..."
"Yes, Ma'am," Sorya announced as she noticed the small amount of dirt on the edge of her dress. She was going to change into her riding clothes. But the sunset was just to perfect to miss. Heading up to her room, Sorya places her hat on her hat rack and finds another dress to wear for the day. This time, an off the shoulder dress in an ivory color. Once she was changed, she heads downstairs to eat breakfast with her family.
