There is only allowed one K9 and one EDC per slot 
You can't use the city/town you live in
your dog can't be a puppy  *I want young adult and older dogs*
Be respectful to other roleplayers 
your dog can't have immortality or powers *It can get shot on duty or get a injury*
if you want to do a joint rp I will allow it 
for the EDC I will allow mixed breed dogs 
one team of two per country I will figure out what to with the extra slots maybe training/retired dogs
