''Shh,'' Eldor hissed, ''she might hear you! Oh I'm placing my money on your aunt all the way,'' Eldor said with solemn conviction.

Kastron nodded. "If I had any,, I'd do the same."

Aunt Pessilys stood up slowly her face dark with fury, ''Edgewood, you are sentenced to the brig till yeh get yourself sobered!''

Kastron stared. "That's almost as bad as the soup!", he whispered loudly. "I was stuck in there for doing something dumb once, and trust me when I say you don't want to end up there." The captain seemed to be every bit as outraged as Aunt Pessilys, and blew out his rage by finally managing to throw the bucket off his head, which by some coincidence landed right next to Kastron and Eldor, as if it wanted to spectate this too. The sheet, on the other hand, landed in the large puddle of soup that was pooled on the ground, turning the sheet bluish green with streaks of gray. The captain wanted to make a run for it, but he slipped on the sheet and fell to the ground, hitting his head so hard he almost passed out, for one of the cast iron frying pans happened to be laying just exactly where his head landed with a sound very much like the sound of a squished melon.

Eldor could hardly stifle a laugh the Aunt merely rolled her eyes, grabbed Captain Edgewood's thick wrist, and rather effortlessly begin dragging him out of the galley. ''Told you she'd win,'' Eldor said with a grin.

Kastron nodded with a small laugh, and shifted his feet into a different position, accidently knocking down the bucket where it was perched on the rafters, causing it to fall with a loud clang.

There was a loud clang followed by some immediate scurrying back to the kitchen, ''BOYS WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY GALLEY!!!''

Kastron got as low as he could, and motioned for Eldor to do the same. If there was anything undesirable right now, it was being locked in the brig along with the somewhat insane captain.

Eldor followed his example, ''we should probably get our legs to running,'' he said rather urgently.

Kastron contemplated that a second. Finally, he nodded. "We can exersize them, but we better not make to much of a commotion, for as of now, we don't stand much of a chance in outrunning her, and she can't really reach us up here." he looked down at his angry aunt, then suddenly remembered that a thing such as cast iron frying pans existed. "Forget that last part.", he told Eldor.

Aunt Pessilys was just beginning to take up her pans when Eldor frantically jumped off the rafters and dodging her, ran out the door, and jumped up onto deck. Panting from fright and excursion he hoped Kastron would follow soon.

Kastron leapt of the rafter the opposite direction, narrowly missing a pan to the head. He scurried several rounds through the galley, taking care not to trip over anything, then quickly ran out of the galley, and into one of the cabins, where he hid in a clothes chest, and buried himself deep in the bunch of extra shirts and sashes.

After severely seconds of waiting and no sign whatsoever of that boy Eldor came to a conclusion, ''well that's the last I'm going to see of him,'' Eldor lamented, ''he was a good lad, some of the time, and fun to have a bout with every once in a while, even if he did smell weird and have his voice crack in an infuriating way,'' Eldor walked slowly about the deck mourning his loss.

Gerenway had spent the whole afternoon laundering around on deck, shaking his head and rolling his eyes and occasionally making fun of Shamus and Weedsworth, who were mourning for the loss of their playing cards, which had been ruined by the snow and then frozen over by the ice. The whole crew was still rather adjusting to the deck being an ice rink, and the cards were frozen under the ice, on the deck, and all the two could do was to look longingly at them. After a while Weedsworth suggested they might pour something warm over them, such as Aunt Pessilys' soup. Shamus agreed, and Weedsworth set out to his mission to find something wam. He was heading towards the galley, but the sight he got of it before entering made him change his mind. He decided he might put a coat or clothing over the spot, and ran to the clothing chest, narrowly avoiding running into Aunt Pessilys, who was brandishing a cheese grater. Looking around, he quickly opened it, and dug around, only to find Kastron in it, who energetically pulled the lid back down, squishing Weedswoth's head. He was about to howl, but Kastron shushed him. "You want to leave this here life behind and go and live at the bottom of the sea?", he hissed. Weedsworth shook his head. Kastron fell silent a moment, listening to Aunt Pesiilys nearing footsteps. "Well, you will, if you don't hide right now." Weedsworth sprang into the box, and hid, along with Kastron.
Meanwhile, Shamus was poking around everywhere, and gettin upset that his snot started freezing. He walked around to warm up, and ran into Eldor, who seemed to be thinking of sad things as well. Now, Shamus was by no means an agreeable man, but he was also not hartless, and since he was getting rather bored by Weedswoths abscence anyway, he asked the anowing ice skinned squid what was the matter.

Aunt Pessilys suddenly heard a rather high pitched howl she scurried around the corner to investigate.
Eldor looked at the man who broke into his mourning, ''I've got nobody worthy enough to insult any more,'' Eldor said lamentably, ''Kass's been annihilated.''
