Aboard the Rum Cask

[Chloriosus]

Kastron was sitting up on the rafters, waiting for the captain to give up the search and walk off. Instead, he heard Eldor walking into the galley, and facepalmed. “Here we go again.”, he muttered.

Eldor peeked around the doorway to see the captain completely destroying aunt Pessilysis's pot of soup, while his back was turned Eldor quickly swung up onto the rafters. He was not very surprised when he found Kastron there as well, ''what did I miss,'' he asked?

[Chloriosus]

Kastron looked at Eldor somewhat angrily. "Was it you sand filled fishnet spitter who locked me in that room?", he asked in a loud whisper. "Because if you did, congratulations mate, you almost killed me. Other than that, not much. Where in the world have you been?"

Eldor decided to pointedly ignore the first question, ''I was on deck looking for your rabbit tailed hide,'' he said glancing back down at the captain who seemed to be looking around for more things to destroy, he seemed to get around just fine even with the sheet on his head, must be all the practice he got from being drunk.

[Chloriosus]

Kastron looked confused. "Whyever would you blind fish legged gull brain look up there? I told you I would stay in the room and wait for you, which , by the way, we might have to close it down for renovation."

Eldor shrugged, ''I wouldn't have blamed you if you escaped that man is completely mad and in more ways than one.'' He nodded, ''aye that we will, the curtains were kind of musty anyways.''

[Chloriosus]

Kastron looked down at Captain Edgewood, who was busy upsetting more of Aunt Pessily's things. "He's lucky she's got a headache at the moment...", Kastron mentioned,"but if he gets much louder..."

''WHAT IS ALL THIS RAMBUNCTIOUS TOMFOOLERY,'' Aunt Pessilys hollered stomping into the galley.

[Chloriosus]

"Oh great.", Kastron said quietly, his voice sounding very hopeless. "Here goes our possibility of becoming adults. Just pretend your not here, maybe she won't see us."

''Hopefully,'' Eldor said inching across the rafters into a more shadowy corner. ''Captain Edgewood,'' she screeched, ''what do you think you are doing in my galley and.....YOU SPILLED MY SOUP!!!''

[Chloriosus]

It was really surprising, yet at the same time not surprising, that she recognized the captain even with a sheet over him like a ghost and a bucket over his head. The captain froze in his tracks. Even he realized in his presumably somewhat drunken state that Aunt Pessilys was NOT in a good mood at the moment, so by the wings of a squid, HE jumped threw the air and began to make a run for it, missing the doorway by about ten feet.

Aunt, hands on her hips, tiscked at him, ''Edgewood, when'll yeh ever learn to put off a little of yer drinken!!! Jest look at the mess yeh made of my galley!''

[Chloriosus]

"Edgewood", didn't look at the mess he had made, in fact, he couldn't see anything, so his second attempt at running ended him up square into the large frame of Aunt Pessilys.

''Agh,'' she screamed, ''get off me you blundering bucket brained oaf. HELP!!!''

[Chloriosus]

Kastron almost fell off the rafter laughing. "I'm not going down there.", he told Eldor. "This is gonna be good to watch! Who you betting on?"
