Duke smiled and got to his paws, shaking himself and padding out of the den, then looking over as she spoke. At her words he let out a laugh and licked her nose again "Well I'm glad it's your name I can say right" he said happily.

Brutus glanced at the two she was speaking of, then grinned. "Yeah, Rebel told us that when we were in our meeting" he affirmed.

Remus nuzzled her again, nodding "It was the best night ever" he added with a happy sigh, not realizing they'd be late to the Alpha's call.

"me too" Coco added, returning his lick as they made their way to the group.

Snowflake's eyes grew wide. "and she hasn't talked to him??" she asked him suddenly.

"Remus, we're going to be late" Ginger added, as the alpha let out another howl. Ginger bolted from the den, Remus hard on her paws. Swiftly sitting down in their spot as the alpha began

Duke smiled, sitting down as they reached the rest of the pack and nuzzling her again before turning his attention to the Alpha.

Brutus shrugged "By both of their sheepish shy looks i'd say no" he observed.

Remus's eyes widened and he swiftly nodded, racing after her, grinning. Of course, she stayed in front the entire time... just like always. He skidded to a halt and sat down beside her, giving her a lick on the ear before turning his attention to Thunder.

Thunder watched as the last two raced up, smiling slightly then letting out his traditional howl, to which he received the traditional response, the continuing to give out orders. "Fang and Clover, I need you two to go on a guard patrol around the main perimeter today, keep an eye out for potential threats, especially loners, coyotes, or Uprights" he said, then swept his gaze over the pack until he settled on the next ones he had to speak to "Ranger and Rebel, I need you two to scout today, focus on the northern and eastern borders. Hunting party, I need you all out there, our storage, as shallow as it is, has been depleted swiftly. Remmie will go with you, and as I said yesterday, let her take the front when you do find any prey" he ordered. "Liberty, I need to speak with you on a matter of herbs, please wait until after the pack is dismissed" he said, giving her a slight smile. "Unless there is any other matter anyone wishes to bring to light, you will all take up these tasks immediately" he said, his gaze sweeping the dogs in front of him.

Liberty nodded and waited until the pack was dismissed to pad up to the alpha. "what is it my alpha?" she asked, sitting down and curling her tail over her paws as she waited for him to speak.

Clover beamed excitedly...then stopped. "wait...alpha" she said. "who's going to watch Aurora?" she asked. Aurora piped up. "I'll stay right here, don't worry mama" she said, licking her mother. Clover smiled and nodded, licking her daughters ears before looking over to her mate.

Ranger nodded and looked over at Rebel, swiftly trotting up to him. "so, talk to Lulu yet?" he asked

Thunder looked over at Clover's voice, then smiled and nodded, reminding himself to keep an extra eye on her. Then he turned to Liberty. "I was wondering if there were any herbs you might know of to dispell nightmares?" he questioned.

Fang nuzzled his daughter "We'll be back soon" he promised.

Rebel looked over and flattened his ears sheepishly "Noo.." he said hesitantly.

Liberty thought for a second. "I went looking for herbs last night, I believe I have some stored in my den...why do you ask?" she asked him, curiously.

Ranger bumped into him. "oh come on man!" he said. "you can do this! I know she likes you! At least I think she does" he added chuckling as they began their scouting journey.

Thunder sighed "Bella has been having disturbing nightmares that are meddling with her sleep" he said with a slight frown.

Rebel gulped "Oh I could never, she's wayyy out of my league" he said, before swiftly disappearing into the brush in mortification.

Ranger rolled his eyes and followed after Rebel. "Why don't I just talk to her for you...or better yet, send her to you" he said.

Liberty thought for a moment. "alright, come with me" she said, turning to pad to her den. When she arrived she sniffed around for a moment and then found the herbs she was looking for. "give here these" Liberty said. "she'll hate the taste, but her nightmares will be gone in no time" she promised

Rebel gulped "OH NO don't do that!! I..I have no clue what i'd say!" he said, looking almost terrified at the idea.

Thunder nodded and swiftly followed her, looking around the den appreciatively, seeing it already seemed to have the healing feeling to it. He turned as Liberty spoke, sniffing the herbs them smiling "Thank you Liberty" he said, dipping his head slightly "And if you could possibly look over the pack when you have time, we haven't had a healer in... well not really ever, and although none seem sick, it is always good to know for sure" he said wit ha smile, then picked up the herbs.

Ranger sighed. "man, if you don't talk to her, she could fall in love with another dog!" Ranger said.

Liberty nodded. "of course I can!" she said as the alpha left her den. "if that doesn't help, i can give her something stronger" she said.

Atlas nuzzled his heavily pregnant mate, Autumn. Their pups could arrive at any moment, and they still didn't have a secure place to live. "its ok sweetie. I'm going to find us a place." he said, licking her, when he saw two dogs up ahead. "wait here darling, I'm going to go talk to those dogs" he said, racing towards them. "please! You need to help me. My name is Atlas, and my mate Autumn is going to give birth to our pups any day now. We need a place to live." Atlas said. "please, I'm begging you" he said.

Ranger looked up as a dog raced towards them. He looked at Rebel as the dog talked. If this dogs mate was due to give birth at any moment...they had to do something

Rebel sighed, then looked worried "You think that could happen?" he asked in concern, now worried that he might lose her.

Thunder smiled "Thank you Liberty" he mumbled through the herbs, turning and trotting out and back to his mate. Entering the den he smiled to see her still asleep and dropped the herbs near the entrance where they wouldn't blow away before softly padding out again.

Autumn was breathing heavily, having walked long and far. Nuzzling her mate in exhaustion "I know you will, I trust you" she said quietly, looking at him with pure trust. As he spoke again she looked over, nuzzling him again "please be careful" she said in a tired yet worried tone, leaning against a nearby rock as she waited.

Rebel stiffened as he smelled two dogs up ahead, swiftly stopping, all alert. He watched warily as the dog raced up to them, fur bristling slightly, but as soon as he heard the dog's words he relaxed. He looked to Ranger, then nodded. "Come, our pack is not far, I am sure the Alpha would allow you to stay in a den, or at least let you both rest" he said quickly.

"let me get my mate first" Atlas said, turning and rushing back to his mate. "I have found us a place, come on my darling" he said, licking her ear as he let her lean against him as they walked back to the two dogs. Her belly swollen with their unborn pups. Each day Atlas had grown more and more worried they wouldn't find a place, but now that they had, he was beginning to feel a bit better. As soon as they arrived in the pack, Atlas let his mate lay down and he began licking her ears lovingly.

Ranger nodded to Rebel, on the way back he whispered. "talk to her, and you wont" he said. When they arrived, Ranger raced to the alpha. "my alpha. Rebel and I have found and brought back two dogs. A male and female. The female is heavily pregnant." Ranger said. "her mate says she is due to give birth at any day, they need a place to stay" Ranger said, looking back as he saw Atlas licking his mates ears.

Autumn looked ot her mate with hope as she heard him approach, then letting out a sigh of relief and leaning against him as she made her way to the two dogs, the promise of a place to rest filling her with just a bit of strength to keep going.

Rebel glanced over and sighed again, then nodded understandingly, looking over and smiling to the couple behind them.

Thunder was sitting outside his den when he heard pawsteps, and the two he had sent out to scout came racing up. For a moment he was worried, then his eyes widened. "You did well to bring them, I will speak to them" he said, quickly getting to his paws and trotting over to the two.

Autumn lay down with a relieved sigh, looking around her, then smiling softly to her mate. "You did it, you found us a place to rest" she said lovingly. Hearing someone approaching she looked over, seeing a black tri aussie trotting towards them.

Thunder smiled to the two "Welcome to my pack, I am so pleased my scouts found you" he said warmly. "Certainly we have a den you two may rest in, I will have someone make you up a bed immediately" he said, turning and barking to Rebel, who swiftly trotted over. "Please go see Askari, Coco and Lulu, and have them swiftly make a large bed for these two" Rebel gulped. Lulu? But he nodded quickly and rushed off to go speak with them.

Atlas licked his mate again. "I promised you I would" He said, before he nuzzled her swollen belly. When a dog approached, he swiftly took a spot in front of his mate, protecting her. But he relaxed as the dog welcomed them. "thank you" he said. "oh, that reminds me. Do you by any chance have a healer here?" he asked. "My mate is due any day, and we both want to make sure our pups are still ok" he said, licking his mate again. "where are my manners" Atlas suddenly said. "My name is Atlas, and this is Autumn" Atlas said to the dog.

Lulu was talking with Coco when Rebel came up. "Hi Rebel!" Coco said, looking at Lulu, who blushed a bit. Lulu looked down at her paws nervously before looking back up at Rebel. "hi" she added, trying not to sound nervous

Autumn licked his chin, "thank you" she said quietly, then shrank back slightly at the sight of the aussie coming boldly towards them, glad for the protection of her mate. At his words, she relaxed, smiling slightly at his welcoming warm attitude. She dipped her head to the dog from where she lay.

Thunder smiled and nodded "We do in fact, I could certainly have her come to your den and look your mate over" he said, then smiled "I am very pleased to meet you both, I am Thunder, Alpha of this pack." he said, dipping his own head to them both.

Rebel blushed as he saw Lulu, gulping and getting the words out "Hi" he said, glancing at her and blushing again, then looking at Coco. "So... long story short, Ranger and I found two dogs out in the woods, they're mates and the female's pregnant, and Thunder wants you two and Askari to get together and make a big bed for them in the best spare cave we have" he said, adding on the best part, but figuring that if she was pregnant, the best would be well... the best.
