"I didn't think you were going to come back!" Aurora said, as she pressed close to her parents again. "Oh Aurora." Clover said. "we will ALWAYS come back" She promised, licking her daughter in between the ears. "How was your night with Autumn and Atlas?" Clover asked. "It was good" Aurora said. "but I missed you guys" she said, licking her mother and then her father. "was it scary?" she asked. Clover nodded. "it was...I saw a cat a few times through...a glass looking thing." Clover said. "A WINDOW!" Aurora said. Clover looked at her. "how did you?" she asked. "until I was 5 months old, I lived in a barn" she said. Clover nodded and just licked her daughter. "how about we go back to to our den for some sleep?" Clover suggested.
Bella heaved a shaky sigh and pressed against her mate. "Oh Thunder" she whispered. "all those memories...from when I was little...they're mixed in with these one's now" Bella said, as she rested her muzzle on her mates head for a moment.

Fang nuzzled her "Always" he agreed, then shuddered slightly "The Upright's domain is not somewhere restful" he agreed, yawning slightly.
Thunder hugged her to him, licking her nose and nuzzling her. "Oh darling, I'm so sorry, I wish I had been there to save you, I should not have left your side for one moment" he said sincerely.

Clover licked her mates nose and they padded back to their den with there daughter. Aurora lay down in the bed with her parents and she lay in the middle of them. Snuggling close to them as Clover fell asleep almost instantly.
"its not your fault" Bella said. "I couldn't get the pups into the den fast enough. If I had.." she sighed and pressed close to her mate. "the only thing that matters, is that we're all home, and safe" she said. "is Drake going to be handling the announcements for the morning?" Bella asked him

Fang lay down and nuzzled them both, falling asleep swiftly.
Thunder licked her nose, then hugged her "Oh my darling..." he nuzzled her again then nodded. "I am not leaving your side" he said seriously.
Drake was rue to request the tired dogs to continue with their tasks, but he knew he had to. After a few minutes of trotting, he found Lulu. "Lulu, please get Askari and do a swift patrol around the border, we need to be sure no Uprights saw us or followed our tracks" he said seriously.

Bella smiled. "I was hoping you'd say that" She whispered softly, as she snuggled close to him, and closed her eyes slightly, falling asleep in a few seconds.

Thunder smiled and nuzzled her again, finally allowing himself to fall asleep beside her.
Drake nodded and headed off in search of the hunters, finally coming upon Brutus and Snowflake. "Brutus, Snowflake, please take Remmie and any other hunters out with you, I would advise targetting Hoppers" he ordered.

Snowflake nodded. "the other hunters are resting at the moment, I'll get Remmie, darling meet us at the entrance to the camp" Snowflake said, licking Brutus' nose. She then trotted off towards Remmie's den, poking her head inside. "Remmie" Snowflake said. Remmie looked up. "hunting?" she asked. Snowflake nodded and Remmie stretched padding out of her den after Snowflake

Drake gave a nod "Wonderful" he said, turning and trotting off to his post to keep an eye on things.
Brutus looked up and nodded to Drake, getting to his paws and nuzzling his mate, swiftly trotting off to where she wished him to meet them.

Snowflake lead the way to where her mate was waiting. She smiled as they approached him. She licked his nose before they began. "Drake wants us to focus on catching hoppers" Snowflake said to Remmie. Remmie nodded and padded behind the couple..feeling a bit like a third wheel at the moment. She padded behind them and then sniffed the air. "wait" she said. "I smell a hopper" she looked around and spotted a hopper, nibbling on the grass a few feet away. Remmie bolted towards it, pouncing on top of it, and killing it with a swift swipe. She trotted back to Brutus and Snowflake with the hopper in her jaws. "good catch, Remmie!" Snowflake said. "Thanks!" Remmie said

Brutus smiled slightly at the two, nuzzling his mate then continuing onwards, scenting the air now and then. He looked over in surprise as Remmie sprang away from them into the brush, then emerged with a hopper. He gave a simple nod at her catch then heard a rustle in the brush and charged in, swiftly emerging with his own kill.

Snowflake beamed. "he's such an amazing hunter" she suddenly said.
Bella began sweating, she shifted a bit, and began mumbling a bit in her sleep. "no" Bella said, as her paws moved a bit, and her tail flicked back and forth. "no..." she begged, shifting around again.
Atlas padded into his den, and saw Autumn still laying in the bed. "Autumn darling" he said. "its almost high sun" he said, nuzzling her gently. "are you alright?" he asked, worry flashing in his eyes a bit

Brutus blushed as he caught her remark, nuzzling her and dropping the hopper as more rustlings were heard in the brush.
Thunder felt his mate shift and woke slightly, swiftly nuzzling her and pressing against her. "I'm here, it's ok darling" he said quietly.
Autumn raised her head, "I'm not sure... could you get the healer for me?" she asked, nuzzling him.

Snowflake licked her mates nose swiftly, watching as he bounded away again, her eyes full of love as she watched him hunt.
Bella woke up, panting. “Thunder” she mumbled, pressing against her mate, and leaning against him. “I was so scared” she whispered.
Atlas nodded. “Of course” he said, padding out of their den and towards the healers..but Liberty wasn’t in there. He looked around and saw Drake. “Drake!” He said, racing towards him. “Have you seen Liberty?” He asked, worry in his gaze.

Brutus smiled then jumped into the brush, emerging quickly with another hopper, then nodding to Remmie. "Ok, you take a few" he said abruptly, still trying to adjust to her moving from Omega to possibly Hunter.
Thunder hugged her to him "I know my Belle, I know. I'm here" he said softly.
Drake got to his paws and looked around with a slight frown. "Perhaps check with her sister?" he suggested, then noticed the worry. "Autumn?" he asked, guessing accurately.

Remmie nodded, as she sniffed the air a bit. “I don’t smell any hoppers” she said, “but…I smell…longlegs.” She said, looking around. “There!” Remmie said, pointing with her nose.
Bella closed her eyes and snuggled close to her mate. “Thunder.” She whispered. “I had to stay strong for the pups…but I was absolutely terrified” she whispered.
Atlas nodded. “Ok. I’ll check with Coco. If you see Liberty, send her to our den, please” Atlas said, racing off to find Coco. “Coco!” He said. Coco looked up from where she was with her mate. “Have you seen Liberty?” He asked. “Oh yea. She went out looking for herbs” he said. “WHAT?” Atlas exclaimed. “Its Autumn, there’s something wrong. Please find her!” He said. “No need, she’s right there.” Coco said. Atlas turned and saw Liberty padding towards his den.
Liberty ducked inside, as Atlas was bolting in after her. “Hi Autumn” she said. “I’ve heard you’re not feeling great” she said. “Are you in any pain?” She asked. Atlas began pacing around near the entrance of the den
