Muerto could feel the tension building all around as the humans began moving towards the ring, and dogs were dragged from their cages. The fights were beginning. Unable to disguise his thirst any longer, he flung himself at the door, the entire cage shaking with the impact of the metal muzzle, the clang reverberating down the hall. His eyes were glittering with darkness, teeth grinding uncontrollably as his claws raked the ground. He needed to be out there. A few moments later, a huge dog with masses of fur burst from the cages, dragging men behind him as he clawed his way towards the arena. Muerto's tongue ran out and along his teeth as he watched, as he heard the crowds roars echo, as he saw another shape of a large pale dog enter the ring, and heard the thud of bodies colliding. And oh how he wished he was one of them.

Kali was jolted from her steeling thoughts as the female doberman next to her turned, her voice uncommonly soft and friendly, her eyes seeming to hold no trickery or malice. But Kali wasn't buying it. Her ears flattened as she turned to look at the female staying silent as she apparently poured out her sob story. Did she think she was the only one to have pups in the ring? A strange bitterness seemed to rise in her eyes for a moment, before she blinked it away. They were all in the same situation, and as long as there was a barrier between them, they were not enemies. Finally she spoke quietly. "I have seen other females, it is not that uncommon" she answered calmly first, then shook her head slightly "Evil is all around, trust me, you are not the only one to have experienced that same pain... and even worse pain" she said quietly, her eyes clouding before shaking it off. She wasn't here to share any life story with a stranger, especially not one that could come back to hurt her if she was thrust into the ring with this "friendly" neighbor. "Mahakali, I am called Mahakali" she answered as a final word, her barriers rising again. A sudden roar of sound caught her ears, the familiar snarling of horrible desperation and bloodwrath filling the building. The fights had begun.

Varkado would face Revenge he noticed how much better muscled Revenge was but that didn't faze him he had fought a mix of diffrent sized dogs but this one he was diffrent never had he ever fought a dog like Revenge in his entire life, he met Revenge mid leap his teeth trying to find a spot to hold on he then noticed a scar on Revenge that looked half healed, he did not debate what to do he just sunk his teeth into where the scar was well protecting his own body from being attacked by Revenge's large jaws he then relesed Revenge, his monster was waiting inside of him wanting to be relesed but he held it back knowing that it was better used for a longer fight, he then rushed in for another attack but this time his paws skidded beneath him sending him crashing into a wall he let out a yelp as his right shoulder hit the wall, he then silently wished for Revenge to finish him if he made another mistake like that in the ring, he was normally very sure footed but the blood from the fight before had made the floor very slick in spots and hard to avoid, he turned his attention on Revenge ignoring the pain his shoulder was in he was not going to quit until he and Revenge were too tired to continue the fight in any way, he started to run towards Revenge his long legs carrying a speed that seemed unreal for a dog like him who was bred to protect livestock not fight in a ring with dogs, he leaped right at Revenge but due to a slight miscalculation on his part he sent both him and Revenge tumbling towards the far side of the ring there fur and legs a mix of colours as they skidded to a stop, he then flipped on his back which he knew was not good as it made his belly and neck exposed this was not the time for this to happen in the ring, he knew Revenge was heavy but he was light he could easily roll out of the way if he wanted to but as he tried to roll to the right he felt a sharp pain in his shoulder it was so intense he yelped in pain and just accepted that death was soon to come if he could not get up, he somehow found the strength to roll on his left side which was good but not great as his left side was covered in old battle wounds some of which had reopened as he rolled, he then noticed the crowd had gone silent he did not know why they had gone silent surely the fight was still on for them and was not to stop for some time yet, he then felt hot breath on his left side he knew who it was without looking he did nothing as he watched the bear dog circle him there eyes locked onto him, he locked eyes with Revenge and awaited the attack he knew was coming from the bear dog who could easily hurt him with his bigger size and heavier weight, he got to his paws slightly wincing as his shoulder sent searing hot pain through him as he faced Revenge his body tense and ready for any move it needed to make in the ring.

Ecoris would ignore the unfreindly stares that Reyela was giving her as she heard the other female dog's name she tilted her head as she silently said the dog's name it sounded cool and was not a name she had heard before, she then shivered as she reconized the unique vocals of one of the fighters it was Varkado and then she heard the other bark it made her stop and listen her pointed ears always moving as each dog made there move and a volley of sounds traveled towards them, this fight was not going to end well she thought as she heard the two fighters clashing each trying to gain the upperhand over there enemy anyway they could it made her want to stop the fight as she heard some yelps of pain and a little bit of whimpering as the fight dragged on, but then she heard the dreadful voice of her master " I want you to fix the next fight I don't care how just do it I put a lot of money on one of these mutts I just hope they live long enough to breed some puppies with my lovely Ecoris" her master said in that fake sweet voice that made Ecoris want to leave this place and go far away from here, she let out a growl hearing her master talk about puppies and more fighting dogs it made her terrified knowing full well that a quarter of her pups would die in the ring and she would never see them again or get to tell them stories about the places she saw.

Remo would listen to the fight he knew one of the dogs a little bit but the other one they were new to him he heard one of the dogs say the word revenge he didn't clue in until the second time that was the name of the other dog, he ignored the dogs next to him as they pulled on the chains attached to the thick posts trying to get in the ring and fight, he did not have the energy of a young pup anymore yet he would be lying if he didn't say it brought him out of the dark cloud that hung over him as he knew that after this fight his life would change, he would be too old to fight and not mobile enough to train young dogs as already he could feel the pains of his joints protesting every movement he made no matter how small each movement of his legs sent jolts of pain up his body, but he ignored it as he was a fighting dog he would deal with the pain when he didn't have to fight anymore and take it easy letting a young dog make there mark on a legacy he started with his master.

Growling a bit, as he walks down the smooth, concrete floor, his nails clicking loudly, Blyke gives himself a vigorous shake. That fight, that he had been in, was just as easy now, as it had been, the last time that he had faced that dog. As he walks, he could hear snarling and snapping, as dogs were growling, in various pens. It really seemed like the number of fights, between other dogs, was happening a bit more than usual, so they were really riled up. Before, this place was more organized. Now, everything in here, just sounded like complete chaos. He could hear his handler talking about his next fight, but he wasn't sure who his next opponent was. This was becoming the norm, nowadays. He would try and relax after a fight, only to hear, that his next fight was just around the corner. Sometimes it was an opponent, that he knew, and sometimes, it was someone, whom he had either only seen, or never met.

Revenge let out a hoarse snarl when he felt his opponent’s teeth sink into one of his more recent wounds. The pain redoubled his energy and he snapped his teeth which fell just a hair’s breadth from the Shepard dog’s eye. Revenge growled and snapped and butted like mad, fights always infuriated him and clouded some of his personality, though he was by no means a stupid dog. His crazed mind wanted more than anything to sink his teeth into the other dog’s neck. He watched a the Shepard suddenly leapt, he met the attack head on and both dogs tumbled into a heap. Revenge fought tooth and claw, this was a battle he wanted to win! They untangled suddenly just as he was going to go for the death strike. The slip agitated him and he started circling the other, daring him with his eyes to make a move, a slow smile spread over his. He crouched and sprang, teeth bared and black gums showing.

Ganges's young spirit was riled as he scented the acrid smell of blood, and the horrible snarling and barking of the two battling dogs only served to enhance that. He really badly wished he could fight, it is the only way a canine could prove his worth, to fight and win, at least this is what his young mind had led him to believe. He imagined himself, standing over a fallen opponent with blood dripping from his fangs and scars rippling his bristled fur. He could just see all the other dogs cringe before him not daring to raise their eyes to meet his and even humans showing him respect. Ah wouldn't that be the life? His eyes perked up, the breath of the two Shepard dogs seemed to be lagging. That meant that the fight would end soon.

Muerto's blood was fairly boiling at this point, his impatience coming to peak as he heard the exhausted yet still ferocious snarling and clashing of teeth. And this was only the first fight. Who knew how many more had to take place before it would finally, gloriously, be his turn. With sudden bottled up rage he slammed his muzzle against the door. The entire cage shook violently, and when he stepped back it gave him immense satisfaction to see the metal links barring him from the outside bent and twisted. Nothing could hold him in. And he knew that.

Kali glanced back over at the doberman, but her attention seemed to have totally wavered from her, and was now fixated on the sounds of the fight. She growled in her throat, flattening her ears as the harsh sounds grated against her nerves, enticing some deep part of her to an inborn wish for violence, and yet also filling her with sickening dread. It was some moments before she heard the mans voice drifting from this chaos. "...breed some puppies with my lovely Ecoris." She growled again, her ears pinning even more at this. That sickly sweet voice was one she instinctively knew did not mean what it said, at least not any of the slightly pleasant things. She looked over again at the doberman's shaken face. She opened her mouth, then closed it sharply. Comfort was not something to be spoken in such a situation, nor could she think of any possible comforting thing to say. The humans were powerful, and they simply were not. Once more that tired sickness filled her veins and she turned away, her gaze dulled as she looked through the cage links to the dusty dark air. THe first fight was almost over. How long this night would be.

Shoved back into his cage, Blyke glances back at his handler, his eyes burning with fury. He really hated this routine. He had gotten out of the fight, okay, but that didn't mean that he was happy. It just meant that he survived another day. Once his handler walks away, the only thing that he could hear, were snapping dogs, and rattling metal. Looking around, his eyes fall on a large dog, who was seemingly pacing right now. She could also see a Doberman, a wolfdog hybrid, and several others. He returns to the large dog, from earlier, its coat black as night. "Will you stop pacing over, there? You are making a ruckus.....and too much noise on top of that. Turning his head again, he sees one of the few female dogs, who was showing a bit of anxiety......Kali...he remembered that her name was. "You know, the more nervous you appear, the more attention you are going to attract, from the other dogs. Some of them would easily tear, an anxious dog like you, to pieces," He warns.

Julio wandered aimlessly about the gravel driveway, staying carefully away of being underfoot or paw of other, larger creatures. His face ( his eyes were now crosseyed instead of looking in opposite directions) turned to look for something to do (he was one of those destructive dogs that had better be kept occupied or else something bad would happen). His wiry hair stuck out in every which direction do to the leftover humidity from the day. He lolled his pale tongue and licked it over his broken stubbs of teeth. Wandering indoors he walked in front of the dog cages letting out his high cackle at the snarling coming from the ring, ''wonder 'ose goin' to 'ave 'is blood splilled todays, eh,'' he said this quietly, but knew the other dogs could hear, he erupted into even louder laughter.

Varkado would face Revenge both dogs wanted to win this fight he could tell in Revenge's eyes that death was soon to come for him, he didn't shy away from the bear dog he would meet him head on if he had too this fight needed to end soon, he curled his lips a growl coming from him "Let's finish this fight unless you would rather call a cease fire right now" Varkado said as he faced Revenge, his coat was slick with blood but he didn't mind that his focus was on Revenge the big bear dog was proving to be a bigger threat then he thought he was, he could see that one of his toe nails was chipped probaly due to the slip and fall he took earlier in the fight, he was waiting to see what Revenge was going to do his eyes watching his every move, there was no fear in either of there eyes just the acceptance that anyone of them could possibly die in the ring, he could hear the shouts of the spectators wanting the fight to continue he could feel his master's gaze on him and the faint whispering of his master's voice, " Fight Varkado show this dog who you are" his master whispered he ignored all the shouts and his master's voice too focused on his opponet, this was a fight between two dogs who have never met before in the ring a battle between equals, the tension in the air was strong it hummed through the air as Varkado and Revenge clashed against each other each trying to land a wound that would end the fight for both of them.

Ecoris would listen to the fight a bit longer until this crackling laughter distracted her, she growled in fustration and tried to refocus on the fight her ears were pointed in the direction of the fight going on, but strangely no sounds of the fight could be heard except for a short growl and some words being spoken by one of the fighters, she then relayed what she heard to the dogs nearby except Reyela she didn't want anything to do with her at the moment, she then could hear Reyela speaking to another dog in the kennel right beside her, " You hear what Ecoris's master wants to do if I were that awful doberman sob story female I would have attacked her right there" Reyela said she turned her focus towards Reyela and the dog she had never seen before a sturdy looking black and tan mixed breed of unknown breeds who looked very mean, " Who cares about Ecoris she is a loser when was the last time she ever won a fight .. she would never attack her master she is too much of a good girl to do that Reyela" the dog said and then turned there attention towards a rottweiler who Ecoris had not seen enter this area, " If I ever see Ecoris in the ring I will gladly end her just so she can join her miserable pup in this cold hearted world" Reyela said as she finally noticed Ecoris had even listened in on there conversation, the two started to growl at each other there focus on each other and none of the other dogs in these cages, they were louder then the shouts from inside the ring as they growled and snarled at each other, they were not going to back down this needed to be settled.

Remo could feel the tension in the air both in the ring and the area where some more dogs were these dogs were too dangreous or unpredictable to be outside, he was not going to get involved in calming the other dogs chained outside let there masters deal with them, he was too old to deal with young pup energy as he called it even though most of these dogs were possibly seasoned fighters like him, " I think the two females who have history with each other are fighting in the area where the dog cages are they better calm down in there or else every dog here will start snapping at each other" said one of the dogs who was nearby him he nodded his agreement with the other dog, " I think it is already happening I can hear dogs growling at the far end of this compound" Remo said his ears picking up the sounds of multiple growls and snarls filling the air, it was clear that every dog here was ready to fight but he could see some dogs who looked anything but fighters too, the smells of females clung to them these were breeding dogs he guessed as they had no fight wounds on any inch of them but he wasn't sure as it had been a while since he last fought anywhere.
