"Go" Midnight said. "GOO!" Midnight said. "you have to tell them" she said. "I'll be waiting here for you when you get back" she promised. When her sister left Midnight let out a sigh, then she almost cried. She saw Freckles, directly in front of her. Specks came over and settled beside her. "Look" Midnight said, looking at her colt. "It's Freckles." Specks looked, but all he saw was Beauty. Stardust had left to find Harley a while earlier. "Honey, I don't see anything but Beauty" he said. "He's there" Midnight insisted. "Ok, I'm gonna go get Oreo to come check you out." he said, standing up. Specks galloped to Oreo and explained what was going on. She was at Midnight's side instantly. "Oreo" Midnight said. "Do you see him?" she asked. "Do you see Freckles?" Oreo looked around. "no...I don't" she said. Specks looked at Oreo. "What's wrong with her?" he asked. Oreo just shrugged. "I don't know, I've never seen this before." she said. "He's gone" Midnight said. Oreo nodded. "come get me if she sees him agian" oreo said. Specks nodded and he lay down beside her. Oreo trotted over to Twilight. Clearly she had just told her family she was pregnant. "Uhm, sorry to interupt, but Midnight was claiming she saw Freckles. I looked over her, and nothing was wrong. just wanted to let you know" she said

Twilight laughed "Ok ok!" she said, getting to her feet and cantering away. Finding Rusty with Nutmeg and Songbird, she couldn't help the radiant grin all over her face. "Rusty, You'll never guess what" she said, slipping up beside him. "Twilight! There you are. What's going on?" he asked, nuzzling her lovingly. "Well.. Nutmeg.. You're going to have a little sibling!" she said suddenly. The three of them stared at her in shock, then Nutmeg let out a large squeal and started racing around in circles. "A LITTLE SISTER!" she said happily. "Or brother" Songbird and Rusty reminded her at the same time, then laughed. Rusty nuzzled her again. "Honey, I'm so happy!" he said softly. "I am too" she said, eyes shining. Suddenly, Oreo trotted up to them. Twilight turned to greet her, still grinning happily... until she heard the update. Her face fell immediately, worry spreading into her eyes. Rusty looked at her, sighing slightly, then nodded. "Go to her" he said softly. She looked over and nuzzled him. "You know I have to" she said. "I know, that's why I told you to" he said reasonably. With a nod she turned and raced back to Midnight. "Midnight, are you ok?" she asked, sliding to a stop beside her.

"I saw him" Midnight said. "I did." Her heart was twisting slightly. "I don't know how, but I saw Freckles" She nickered softly. "You have to believe me Twily, you have to"

Twilight sighed, her tail swishing slightly, then she stilled, nuzzling her sister. "I believe you, I really do" she said gently. After all, if her sister could have dreams of freckles and her father, why not visions?
(Noice! How long are we timeskipping? Bc depending on that buttermilk and songbird might be mates as well.

Midnight smiled and returned her sisters nuzzle. "ok" she said. "I'm glad." she hugged her sister and looked at her. "I'm ok" she promised. "You go back to rusty and the girls to celebrate the little foal"
(uhm.....beginning of spring, make your next post the ts post)

Twilight smiled, laying down and hugging her sister. "I actually want to stay here for a few minutes" she responded.

5 months later
Twilight grazed beside Rusty, the spring grass sweet in her mouth, the warm sun cutting through the still chilly breezes that whooshed under her large belly. A movement inside her made her turn her head sharply to nudge her belly. The kicks were getting more and more frequent... and also were a LOT stronger than her last two pregnancies. Rusty noticed the gesture and stepped closer, nuzzling her. "Our foal still strong?" he asked with a smile. Twilight grimaced slightly "For better or worse, yes" she responded, then chuckled slightly. "IT certainly is stronger than Songbird or Nutmeg were, and more frequent as well. But it's still small" she added. He smiled and nodded. Suddenly Nutmeg came dashing past, pausing with a cloud of dust to nuzzle her mother and father. "Hey mom, dad... sorry, gotta run!" she said suddenly, taking off again. A moment later three other newly matured horses stampeded past, obviously chasing her. Twilight grinned. Her daughter was so incredibly fast! Faster than her! In the past few months, she had grown out of her gangly yearling stage into a gorgeous mare, with long slender legs, and an agile body to match. No horse could outrun her! And she proved that by challenging them to races time after time. Just like her mother had. With another amused shake of her head, Twilight went back to the important task of grazing.
(So, i'm thinking that the group of newly aged horses would be: Beauty, Nutmeg, and then two others, either both males, or one male and one female. Not sure who's yet xD, just felt like we had a rather small amount of younger horses, so i decided to go ahead and add them if that's ok)

"Ok" Midnight nickered softly
5 months later
In the last five months, a bunch of things had happened. Stardust was all grown up with a mate of her own, and Beauty was still her energetic old self. Midnight's belly was quite a lot larger than Twilights was, but Midnight was farther along in her pregnancy than Twilight was as well. Midnight groaned when a ripple of pain passed through her. "hey" Specks said. "You alright?" he asked. He was grazing next to Rusty when Midnight groaned. She looked at her mate and nodded in pain. "yea" she muttered. "I will be" She said, just as Nutmeg went racing past, with Beauty a few paces behind her. She slowed for a second to nuzzle her parents. "Give my little sibling a nuzzle for me!" Beauty called as she raced off again in a cloud of dust. Midnight smiled and did just that, then another sharp pain hit her and she practically fell to the ground with that kick, the kicks still coming, Midnight eventually did fall to the ground, trying to nudge at her growing foal to stop kicking her in the ribs

Twilight was still grazing peacefully with Rusty, when a sudden feeling washed over her, and she quickly raised her head. "Rusty, where's Midnight?" she asked suddenly. He looked up, noting the expression on her face. "I think she and specks were grazing just over the hill, where Nutmeg went" he responded quickly, adding "Let's go over there, I want to talk with Specks anyway". She nodded gratefully and they both trotted over the rise... to see Midnight on the ground, nudging her belly. Rusty gave a slight sigh and cantered down to where she was. "Midnight, do you need more of the herbs?" He asked softly. The foal, being only 9 months along still had at least 2 before birth, but it was kicking so strongly. Twilight was almost a month behind her sister. Worriedly, Twilight trotted to Midnight's side and carefully lay down beside her, nuzzling her.
(I'll do something with Songbird and Buttermilk soon, just gotta find a good time xD)

Midnight shook her head. "no" she winced. "I should be ok" that was a total lie. The kicks just kept getting stronger. "ok, maybe some herbs could help" she said. Midnight turned towards her sister and she nuzzled her in return. "At least it's not twins" she joked. "that was a lot more painful." Midnight said jokingly again. She rested her head on her sisters back, groaning as another kick passed through her. She gazed at Rusty before he left. "Rusty" she mumbled. "is it possible I'm farther along than we thought?" she asked. "this foal gets stronger as the days go on." she said, groaning again and pressing her face into Specks neck. Specks pulled her in for a hug. "The last two wern't this bad, even with the twins" Specks said, glancing at Rusty. "she's in a lot of pain" he said

Twilight sighed, nuzzling her again with worry. Rusty frowned, then nodded "Ok, I'll get some from Starlight" he turned to go, then stopped at her question, frowning again. "Well I don't see how... I mean you only got back 10 months ago..." he frowned again. "I'll have to ask Oreo's opinion on this" he finished, turning to nod at Specks. "I'll get herbs to help" he said gently smiling at Midnight then cantering away.
A few minutes later he found Starlight, chatting with Oreo thank goodness, who was also rather round in the belly as well. Now SHE was due any day. "Starlight ,Oreo, we need more herbs for Midnight" he said, then looked directly at Oreo. "Is it possible she's further along? I know they only got back about 10 months ago, so I don't see how she could be further along from what Specks has told me..." he frowned and shook his head in confusion.

Midnight groaned again but nodded slightly. There was no way she was farther along then they thought, could she be giving birth early? Closing her eyes she removed her head from Specks' neck and rested it along Twilight's back. "This foal is so much stronger than both the girls" she said, wincing again.
Oreo and Starlight were chatting slightly. Starlight nodded and got the herbs Rusty would need to help Midnights contractions. "No" Oreo said. "That's impossible. The only way she could be in this much pain..." Oreo stopped. She didn't want to go there. But it was likely possible considering how many herbs Midnight was needing for her contractions. "The only way she could be in this much pain, is if she's having the foal early." she finally finished, nodding to Starlight approvingly when she handed the herbs to Rusty. "here" Starlight said. "these will help. But Oreo is right, if she's in this much pain..." Starlight didn't want to continue either. "just give her these" she said, turning back to Oreo to feel her large belly

Twilight nuzzled her again, wishing she could take the pain away. She was sore herself a little from the kicks, but nothing like Midnight was experiencing. "I know.. same for mine" she said gently, "But Rusty will know what to do for you" she added.
Rusty in fact, did not know. This was one of the things he really hadn't had much experience with, but he could feel in his gut that an early birth wasn't going to be good for mother or foal. Taking the herbs he frowned "Well let's hope they help" he said fervently, then turned and raced back to the others. Reaching Midnight, he set the herbs down in front of her. "Starlight said these will help, you need to take them" he said.

Midnight nodded slightly and just sat there and winced again. "Thanks" Midnight almost whispered. She bent down and ate the herbs off the ground. Letting out a breath of relief as the pain began to feel better. "Rusty..." Midnight muttered slightly. "Am...Am i going to have the foal early?" she dared to ask. "this pain is much worse than the last two times. Does...does it mean....i'm having the foal early?" she asked

Twilight sighed with relief as Rusty showed up with the herbs and Midnight ate them. Rusty on the other hand, was still looking very worried, and at Midnight's question he started. "I..I.." he sighed. "There's a high chance that it's probably" he said in a quiet tone.
