Galmúr crashed through the bushes, finally finding his way out of the trees and charging towards the herd, feeling the cool morning wind whipping his mane and tail, filling him with eager adrenaline. It only took a few moments to reach his destination and he slid to a stop in front of the gray stallion, dipping his head swiftly to him. The thought flashed through his mind as he looked up to his immovable mentor. I wonder if I'll ever beat him to our meeting spot! The gray stallion looked as if he'd been waiting for all eternity. Lorcán inclined his head slightly "Good, your are on time. We must begin training immediately, I have four days to teach you as much sparring as I can" he said seriously.

Artemis walked silently beside Sugar for a little while, in thought, ''I think she was just tired from her day,'' she finally answered, ''she loves you, I know it, you just need to try explaining it to her again.''

Galmúr nodded, determination flashing through him. "I hope you memorized the trail yesterday, because I won't go slow" Lorcán said with a snort, motioning for his apprentice to take the lead. Galmúr gulped slightly. Uh oh. Not this again! But he nodded, and leapt forward, charging as fast as he could down the trail, a moment later his mentor's thundering hooves blocking out any other sound.

Sugar nodded as they came closer to Cinnamon. "Sugar!" Cinnamon said. "I hope sleeping in the forest has made you learn your lesson" She said. Sugar pressed close to Artemis, looking at her before back at Cinnamon. "I..." Sugar stuttered

Galmúr charged across the meadow and merged with the main patrol path, heading swiftly for the woods, the gray stallions hooves at a steady rhythm behind him, not necessarily pressing, but so consistent that the young buckskin didn't dare slow down. With a determined gaze he surged forwards, the forest looming towards them.

Sugar nodded to Artemis. "what is it?" Cinnamon asked. "Cinnamon..." Sugar said, as she pressed against her friend. "I...I didn't do anything wrong." She said. "Sugar. I know you did something. Please don't make me send you back to the forest" Cinnamon said. Sugar began trembling, pressing close to her friend again. "Stormflash is the one who didn't do anything! Artemis, you were there! Tell her!" Sugar pleaded

Galmúr's hooves pounded into the well worn path as he crashed into the forest, swiftly becoming more alert, although he could not slow down to do so. He could only hope he'd be able to find the path that shot off from the main trail! To his remembering, it had been about halfway through the forest. He continued his pace, his mentor's hooves ever right behind his.

Artemis looked at the healer, ''well, you see Cinnamon it was actually Sugar who did the work, not Stormflash.''

"really?" Cinnamon asked. Sugar nodded. "I did all the work. I pushed the apples into their piles, and I even looked for damaged trees" she said. Cinnamon nodded. "I believe you" she said. Sugar's eyes glowed, and she smiled. "Artemis, you may go, Sugar, you need to tell all that to the lead mare" Cinnamon said. Sugar sighed shakily but nodded, hugging Artemis before she and Cinnamon walked to Swan

Galmúr was starting to get worried as he pounded through the forest. His mentor's hoofbeats behind him had not faltered for one second, and he couldn't tell if he'd passed the turn off point or not. Until suddenly he happened to glance to the side, and noticed a small path jutting off, one that looked quite familiar. With a relieved sigh he flung himself onto the path, crashing through some bushes to get to it, his mentor following without a hitch. He fell back to the rhythm he had previously been running, only to find Lorcán almost on top of him. Galmúr leapt forward, doubling his pace as he surged forwards, his neck bobbing slightly with effort as his legs flew underneath him.
Swan looked up as she heard hoofbeats, frowning as she saw the healers apprentice, but hoping she'd learned her lesson. "Yes Cinnamon? What is it?" she asked in a her quiet authoritative tone.

"go ahead" Cinnamon said. Sugar looked at the lead mare...which is when it all came spilling out. "Stormflash is the one who didn't do anything. He stood there, grazing and eating apples while I pushed the apples into their piles and looked at the trees to make sure none of them had been damaged." Sugar said, looking down at her hooves for a second before back up at the lead mare. "please...please believe me" she said
