Sugar shrugged. “I don’t know” she said. “If it doesn’t work out between me and him, then I don’t want to let myself get closer to him.” Sugar said. She felt her ears flatten. “Artemis…..Galmur…” she mumbled. “I love him.”

Galmúr gulped and shifted slightly. He wasn't made to handle this kind of conversation!! "Well I don't think you should distance yourself from him, especially if you know you care about him that much" he said finally.

Artemis noticed Galmúr's discomfort, ''he is right, that will never do you any good. Galmúr, do you think we should get back to our mentors? Treth told me no details on what's to happen today.''

“NO YOU CANT GO!” Sugar said suddenly, as she began pleading with her friends. “Please!!! I don’t want to be alone like yesterday”

Galmúr was about to nod when Sugar burst out. "Oh Sugar.. I uh.. I think I might have to go, I only have till my mentor comes to get me" he said reluctantly. And even as he spoke, a certain gray stallion was beginning to journey through the herd in search of him.

''I'm sorry Sugar, but I have to go. Maybe Gus has off today since he did a lot of patrolling, and you two can hang out for a bit,'' she suggested before turning her attention to the approaching warriors.

Sugar sighed and watched her friends go. Their friendship hadn't felt the same since they joined the herd. They barley got any time together anymore, and it made Sugar feel kinda sad. She sighed again and then trotted a few feet away to a near by tree.
(maybe this is when Stormflash can recruit Sugar to be his minion lol)

Galmúr heard strong hoofbeats and turned, swiftly dipping his head to his mentor. "Time to depart, we have much to do" the gray stallion said swiftly. "I'll see you both tonight!" he promised, turning and cantering off with his mentor.
Stormflash had been trotting around the herd with self given importance that morning, despite the fact that he was STILL not allowed to join the warriors again. As he moved through the herd, his eyes lit on a dapple gray coat. Ooh some fun!

Sugar began to listlessly munch on the grass as she sighed. Eventually, she heard hoofbeats and looked up to see Stormflash. “Stormflash” she said a bit. “Hi. Can I help you with something?” She asked.

Galmúr swiftly followed his mentor as he picked up a ground eating canter, heading down the now much more familiar trail that led to the training grounds.
Stormflash sauntered up to the filly, a scornful look in his gaze. But at her question, he paused. Ooh she was offering to help him with something! He should give her something to do... and then a brilliant thought jumped into his head. OF COURSE! PERFECT! "Actually Yeah. Yeah you can. But if you breathe ONE WORD about ANY of this to ANYONE, I will have my mother expel you from this herd faster than you can blink. And then i'll track you down anyway and pound you to dust" he threatened, ears pinning warningly as he pawed the ground.

Treth raised his head from grazing when he heard hoofsteps approaching, “why Artemis,” he said clearly pleased, “I was wondering if you would come, you could have the day off if you wanted. We did have a late night.” But Artemis shook her head, even though her legs were a little tired and her eyes sometimes felt droopy she still wanted to be with the scouts, “if you can still scout than I can to,” she said with determination. Treth nodded and smiled, “good, we have a lot to do.”
