Eldor rolled his eyes, “you have to do better than that Kass,” he hissed glancing back at the dragon. He swiftly removed his coat and let it down holding onto one of the arms and letting the other dangle down just in front of Kastron.

Kastron shook his head and looked at the dragon. “You better hold on to that so that we can blindfold that thing should need arise, which it just did.”, he made a nodding motion at the dragon, which eyed the two with fury and snow in its eyes.

Eldor looked back, “what! It came back!” Eldor quickly hauled up his coat and looked at the dragon which was practically quivering with rage. Eldor suddenly, in an act of stupidity, ran headlong at the monster and jumped up on its back preparing to blindfold the thing. The dragon in its turn began shaking her head violently and proceeded to throw Eldor off into the snow.

Kastron took this opportunity to swing up from his precarious position and rushed to catch up the egg, which sailed through midair after Eldors fall. He looked for a safe place to put it whilst they would try to blindfold the dragon, and noticed the ships bucket hanging on the dragons tail. Apparently aunt had been using the large beast as a clothesline. Kastron made a rush for the bucket, and managed to swipe it off the dragons tail.

Eldor recovered himself and was now positively freezing for lack of his coat. His face began to take on a blue color and his teeth began to make the sound of a certain Spanish instrument. He saw Kastron running at the dragon’s tail, and raised an eyebrow then shrugged his shoulders, who knows what goes on in that boy’s brain

Kastron took the bucket and placed the fragile bundle inside, then ran and handed the bucket to Eldor. “Where is your jacket?”, he asked looking about and shoving the bucket into Eldors hands. “By the way you are turning from white to blue again.”

Eldor’s teeth were clacking so much that all he could do was grasp the bucket, he just hoped they would get back to the ship and he could warm himself again. Though at this point he felt that his toes would never thaw again.

Kastron still looked around for the jacket and beheld it lying somewhere on the floor, practically all the way covered in snow. He made a run for it and flung it up, shaking the snow out of it vigorously, and then ran at the dragon from behind, leaping onto its back and covering its eyes with the jacket. While he was still tying the knot, the dragon turned its head all the way around, leaving Kastron holding on to it upside down. “Why do I always end up in situations like this, he questioned whilst being vigorously flung through the air.

Eldor happened to be standing right in Kastron’s line of fire when the boy crashed into him at a velocity which was alarming. The impact seemed to loosen Eldor’s tongue, “why you mouldy sack of potatoes soup,” Eldor sputtered, “when will you learn about personal space!”

Kastron attempted to get back on the dragons back when it pinned him under its tail. “Try reaching personal space to this thing, you rancid gone butter crock!”, he said grimly.

Eldor began walking toward the enraged dragon, his stiff legs slowly began to move more smoothly as the blood began to circulate, he karate chopped the dragon's tail but of course nothing happened, in fact Eldor's hand was sore for weeks afterwards.

Kastron felt the urge to facepalm. “Are you quite ice brained already? That is not going to work!” He struggled under the tail and squirmed free, but immediately was pinned again. “May Aunt Morgenditch help us!”, he cried angrily and bit the tail, which, needless to say didn’t do anything either.

''That's not going to do anything either,'' he retorted, he took out his dagger and levered the tail up using a rock, ''quick get yourself out of there,'' he said between gritted teeth.

Kastron scrambled out from under the tail and climbed up the dragon once more, this time securing a knot firmly around its eyes. That didn’t do much good, for it was still cavorting around something fierce and Kastron held on with all the strength he had in his frozen limbs. Suddenly he called out,”Hey, look, the bucket!!!”

Eldor saw is and ran at the tail, jumping on he rode the scaly thing like a bull. Finally he reached the end and slide off the tale with the bucket. He laid on the floor gasping, ''what did I go though all that for?''
