Thunder frowned slightly in thought, digesting this information. "I shall allow you a week's trial period, you will remain sleeping in your den, but you may hunt when the hunters hunt, and I will instruct them to let you take the head on the kills. You must prove yourself if you wish to move up" he said sternly.

Brutus's eyes widened "oh" he said worriedly, then nodded "It's definitely something we should tell him of, even if he already knows it" he said seriously.

Fang nuzzled her "I know, but I did promise I wouldn't! I promise it's something good... and let me just say this, it has to do with your sister" he said with a slight smile. "I'm sure you with your female intuition can figure out who it is" He said a bit teasingly.

Rebel nodded "Yep, that's probably the way to do it!" he said in a chipper tone.

Duke grinned happily and licked her nose swiftly. He was getting more used to this idea every minute.

Remmie smiled, dipping her head. “Thank you” she said.

Snowflake nodded, and stood up with her mate, looking around. She could see him sitting at the edge of Remmie’s den. Snowflake looked at her mate…she wasn’t allowed to say the alphas name…but how else was she supposed to get his attention. She ran forward. “THUNDER!” She said. When he turned, Snowflake looked at Brutus. “My alpha….I know I’m not supposed to call you by your name…but this is urgent” She said, looking at Remmie as she knew what Snowflake was talking about.

Clovers eyes grew wide. “SOMEONE LIKES HER?!” She squealed.

Ginger nodded. “Ok…I think I’m going to go talk to him” she said.

Coco smiled as they entered there pack again.

Thunder gave a slight dip of his head as well. "I will announce it in a few moments" he said, getting to his paws. A sudden shout caused him to turn with an alarmed expression, frowning at the familiarity. "I understand if it is indeed urgent, what have you to say?" he asked quickly.

Fang winced slightly at the squeal then grinned and nodded "Yep" he said. "I'll leave it up to you to figure out who it is though" he said with another grin.

Rebel gave a nod "Alrighty, go for it!" he encouraged.

Duke gave a happy sigh as they trotted back into their home territory. "I wonder if we missed anything" he said, glancing around at the few couples walking around talking.

Snowflake looked down at her paws, in nervousness. “My alpha…” she said. “As the females were talking with your Luna…I noticed something” Snowflake said looking over at Brutus who nudged her lovingly. “She seemed….distracted with something…and….as I kept looking at her…she…she looked…” Snowflake looked down at her paws again. “She looked sick” Snowflake said looking back up at Thunder. “We thought you should know.” She said to him.

Ginger smiled and trotted over to Remus. “Hi” she said to him.

“Rebel?!” Clover asked, eyes wide. “I know she likes him, does he like her back?” She asked, dancing on her paws.

Coco licked Duke. “Doesn’t look like it” she said

Thunder's eyes widened with worry. "Thank you Snowflake, you were right to tell me" he said quickly, glancing to Remmie "continue with your normal chores, I will speak to the pack later" he said, turning once again and racing swiftly through the pack, his mind tumbling with worries. His mate... sick? No, it couldn't be! Reaching the den he slowed and trotted in, swiftly moving to his mate's side and nuzzling her, worry and fear in his gaze. If there was anything he was afraid of... it was something happening to his mate.

Rebel grinned as she trotted off, then glanced around, wondering where to go. For a moment his thought strayed to a certain german shepherd, but he swiftly squelched that. Nope, he couldn't do it. It was easy to tell someone else how to start their love life, but for him... he was so happy go lucky, and she was so steady and strong... definitely WAY out of his league. He sighed.

Fang grinned "Oh she likes him too?!" he said in surprise. "well then, that's perfect!" he said with a smile. "But she may need to be the one to get it started, because I think he's a bit intimdated by her as well honestly" he said with a chuckle

Duke smiled down at her, bending his large head to nuzzle her before looking around again, and his eyes widened slightly. "Well if nothing happened, then why is our Alpha racing to his den?" he questioned, watching with a puzzled expression.

Bella rose her head as she felt a nuzzle. She blinked away sleep from her eyes, and looked at her mate. "Hi darling" she said. "are you alright?" she asked, as she saw worry in his gaze. She looked around a bit.

Remmie nodded to Thunder, watching as he ran to his den.

Clover chuckled. "well, she did say she was going to work up to courage to talk to him, so I suppose we'll have to see" she said to him, licking his nose lovingly.

Coco looked at her mate and then alpha. "hmm...thats a good question, I'm not sure" she said

Thunder nuzzled her "My Belle, are you feeling alright? Some packmates expressed concern" he said, laying beside her and licking her nose.

Fang nodded "Good!" he said with a smile "It seems that everyone is beginning to share their feelings, it is quite amazing" He said with another smile.

Duke sniffed the air, glancing around "Well I don't smell any clues... what do you suppose we should do?" he asked uncertainly.

Bella looked at him. "Yea, I feel fine" she said. "Besides a little bit of my past haunting me, I'm fine" she said, licking her mates nose in return. "I promise my darling, if I wasn't feeling well, you'd be the first to know, I promise" Bella said.

Clover smiled and settled down beside him, licking his nose lovingly.

Ginger looked at Remus. "so..." she said. "how...how are you?" she asked.

Coco shrugged. "don't know, looks like rain is coming though" Coco said

Thunder gave a relieved sigh and nuzzled closer to her. "I know, I was just worried" He said with a slight smile, then licked her nose again "what is troubling you my Belle?" he asked gently.

Fang lay down and nuzzled her happily. He couldn't believe that just a few days ago he would simply have been eating or sleeping or guarding... alone. How much had changed in two days!

Remus looked over from where he sat, giving a slight look of surprise, then smiling at his fellow scout. "Hey Ginger! I'm doing good, tryna figure out how to get my bro to speak to Lulu" he said with a grin.

Duke glanced up and nodded "You're right! I hope we don't have to guard in it, I hope Thunkor lets us wait it out in our dens" he said, forgetting for a moment that they did not share the same den.

Bella sighed a bit looking down at their sleeping pups. "Remember how when I was about a year and a half...I went missing?" Bella finally asked him. That time was when the two of them realized how much they meant to one and other.

Clover let out a soft smile as Aurora looked up. "rain!" she shrieked, making a beeline for their den. Clover looked at Fang, and then back at Aurora, before standing to her paws and racing after her.

Ginger blushed a bit. "well...maybe you could tell him to just go up to her and make conversation...like we are right now" she said, trying very hard not to blush once more.

Coco looked at her mate, suddenly her heart twisted. "Duke....we don't sleep in the same den" she said

Thunder nodded quickly, nuzzling her. "Yes, I remember, I almost went out of my mind with worry" he said, licking her nose.

Fang looked over in surprise at their adopted pup's dramatic reaction to the rain clouds, swiftly loping after his mate as she headed for their den as well. He entered swiftly and smiled calmingly to Aurora. "Rain isn't necessarily a bad thing, sometimes it's nice to stand out in it, very refreshing" He said easily.

Remus looked thoughtful, then nodded "You know, that could work for him! Although I don't know how many conversations he's ever held with a female" he said with a chuckle, completely missing the hint.

Duke blinked and looked at her, realizing this was true. "Oh... well how do we work this out then? Do I become a scout?" he asked, glancing at his large form and long legs dubiously.

Bella sighed. "I never actually told what happened to me...but its time I tell you" she said to him, licking his nose lovingly. "You know, it was during the long cold. I went out to get some prey from the storage pile, and saw a hopper. So I went after it, but it was a trap." Bella said. "I...was caught...by humans..." she shuttered a little bit. "and they took me to their big den" Bella said. "I was there for months, and the only thing I thought about, was you" Bella said. "One day, they left the door open, and I made my escape." Bella told him. When I made it out into the woods, I had to look for the pack again...I returned during the night, and the next morning, when we found eachother again...we became mates" Bella said to him.

Aurora looked up at Fang and growled. "rain....rain...." she mumbled. "a rain storm with lighting...and thunder...killed my mother in front of me" She said.

Ginger sighed. Well, this was going no where. "Remus!" Ginger said, looking him in the eyes. "I like you" she said.

Coco looked at her mate. "I...I don't know" she said.

Thunder nuzzled her, eyes full of concern and willingness to listen. "I would love to know" he said softly, then listened quietly, his eyes widening as she spoke, then softening with love. "Oh Bella, that must have been terrible! I am so grateful you found your way back to me" he said, hugging her gently.

Fang's eyes widened and he swiftly padded forward, pressing against her and hugging her. "Oh Aurora, I am so sorry" he said sincerely.

Remus whipped his head over, his eyes so full of shock and confusion it must have looked hilarious. "Wait, you LIKE me?" He almost squeaked. "Like.... like like me?" he added, blinking as if his entire world had just shifted. Which it basically had.

Duke blinked. He usually wasn't the best at figuring out these things. "Ummm well..." he paused again. "Should we ask our Alpha maybe?" he suggested, running out of any ideas he may have had.

"Of course I found my way back to you" Bella said softly. "I knew I had to, because while I was trapped in the humans den...it had made me realize, that I had fallen in love with you" Bella said, licking his nose gently. "I need to stretch my legs, can you watch the pups?" she asked him.

Aurora looked up at her adopted father. "Its ok" she said. "i was just a few weeks old, but it traumatized me"

Ginger shifted a little bit. "umh...yea" she said. "do....do you like anyone?" she suddenly asked

Coco shrugged. "I don't know" she said

Thunder smiled and licked her nose again "In the time you were gone i realized too, i missed you so much, i searched the forest for you every day" he said softly nuzzling her again. He smiled and nodded at her last words. "Of course my darling Belle" he said lovingly.

Fang nuzzled her "Still" he said, it explained it all.

Remus blinked again, then grinned widely. "I honestly never saw you as more than a friend, but that was only because... well... you know me" he said apologetically, then he quickly grinned again "It might take me a bit to get used to the idea of.. well... LIKE liking someone... but I think i'd love it if we could perhaps get to know each other on a deeper level?" he suggested with a hopeful mildly uncertain look.

Duke frowned. Well. hmm. The rain would come any moment, they couldn't just stand out there in indecision! "It couldn't hurt to at least go see, right?" he asked, looking over at the Alpha's den.
