Ginger shifted a bit. “We just wanted to tell you…that Remus and I are mates!” She said excitedly, licking his ear.

Bella smiled. “This is amazing news!” She said. “Congratulations you two! Darling, should we announce them and liberty to the pack?” Bella asked.

Remus gave a grin and nodded, licking her nose in return.

Thunder smiled widely "This is wonderful!!! I am so happy for you both!" he said, beaming at them. He glanced over and nodded to his mate "If you feel well enough, then yes, by all means, and I also have another announcement to make as well" he added, almost having forgotten.

Bella looked at her mate in confusion. But as the pups were awake, she nodded and stood, leading them outside so her mate could speak with the pack. She sat down beside him as their four pups sat in front of them. Bella was honestly very confused. What other announcement did Thunder have to make? She wondered, curling her tail over her paws neatly.

Thunder smiled and got to his paws padding outside and sitting beside his mate, letting out a large howl to capture the pack's attention.

Fang lifted his head from their den and nudged his mate and daughter "I believe our Alpha is about to make an announcement!" he said, getting to his paws and stretching before heading out of the den.

Duke heard as well and got to his paws, shaking himself and smiling at Coco. "The Alpha's calling!" he explained to Liberty.

Askari lifted her head and dashed out of her den, skidding to a halt and sitting swiftly as she waited.


Thunder watched the pack gather, then smiled to them all "First of all, let me reassure all who may have heard of the happenings earlier, that your Luna is healing, and safe" he said, turning to nuzzle her, then turning to the rest of the pack. "I have some large announcements, the first being that Remus and Ginger are now mates!" he said, turning and smiling at the pair. Remus grinned happily, his tail wagging as he nuzzled Ginger again. "The second, we have a new pack mate! Please welcome Liberty, sister of Coco, and our new Pack Healer" he said with a broad smile her way, dipping his head slightly to her, she having gained much of his respect when she saved Bella.
Rebel sauntered over and grinned over at Remus, who was standing beside Ginger and looking very happy. So they'd finally done it!

Brutus nuzzled Snowflake "Shall we go" he said, getting to his paws.

Drake swiftly exited his den and padded over, sitting down near his Alpha, curious as to this call.

Bella smiled and nuzzled her mate gently as he spoke. She glanced over at Liberty, who was shifting nervously on her paws as Thunder called her out. Bella dipped her head in thanks. Before her mate spoke again, Bella spoke up. “Liberty will be taking her own den. And whoever wishes, may help her gather the herbs she needs” she added looking back to her mate to let him continue. She knew he wasn’t done, but whatever the next thing was…Bella had no idea.

Clover looked up and nodded, padding out of the den with her mate and daughter. She sat beside Aurora, who was in between her parents.

Coco smiled and padded out of the den with her mate and sister, glancing over at Liberty as thunder announced her to the pack. Coco howled loudly. Welcoming her sister in. But quieted when Thunder rose his tail.

Snowflake stood up from her bed, in her new den with her mate and padded out with Brutus. Sitting down beside him and licking his ear as she listened to the alpha.

Ginger blushed hard and pressed closed to Remus, looking over at Rebel and smiling big.

Thunder smiled and nodded in agreement to his mate's words, then gently tapped his tail on the log, which let it echo loudly as some members of the pack howled in welcome to Liberty.

Fang smiled and sat, listening with interest to the announcements.

Duke grinned happily and let out a large barking howl in welcome as well, until he heard his alpha and quieted.

Brutus nuzzled her and listened attentively.

Remus grinned again and nuzzled her, seeing his brother's look and grinning over to him as well.

Thunder, having got everyone's attention again, looked around, his gaze searching until he caught sight of the Omega in the shadows. "Omega Remmie, please step forward" he called out loudly, waiting for her to do so before continuing. "As of today, the Omega, Remmie, will be on trial for the place of Hunter in our pack. This will occur for a weeks length, during which she will remain in her den, and still take care of her duties. But whenever a hunt is to commence, she is to go along. Whenever a kill during a hunt is to be made, she is to take the lead. Hunters, after each hunt, bring back to me truthful reports on the actions during this hunt. If indeed she does well and proves herself to me and her fellow hunters, she will move to the rank of Hunter, and will sleep in their den. No longer will she be Omega, and if that time arrives, the Omega's duties will need to be dealt evenly amongst the pack as one." he said, looking seriously over to Remmie as he spoke.

Remmie shifted a bit but padded out of the shadows and sat below the log, turning to look at the pack. Her ears pricked as she listened to the alpha, her heart racing. This was it. She thought. If she proved herself to be a hunter, she could have a mate of her own. She caught Cosmos eyes, and he turned away from her. She thought nothing of it and looked back at the alpha, dipping her head. “You won’t be disappointed” she promised.

Coco looked at Duke. “We should announce that we’re mates” she said, standing. “My alpha. Duke and I have an announcement” Coco said stepping forward a bit.

Bella’s eyes grew wide in astonishment. Remmie as a hunter? This would be interesting.

Thunder nodded seriously to Remmie. He hoped he would not be. He was about to speak again, when he heard Coco's voice. Turning he looked to her, then smiled broadly to the two as Duke grinned happily. "My sincerest joyful congratulations!" he said, dipping his head slightly to the couple. "Ah and one more thing, for any couples that are residing in general dens, you are more than welcome to request a den of your own from the spare dens" he said with a smile

Coco's eyes lit up. "how many extra dens do we have?" she asked, as she sat down beside her mate again. Remmie spoke up. "I can answer that" she said. "we have about 10 spare dens left. I just gave one to Clover and Fang and their adopted daughter Aurora" She said. "once I move out of my den, someone is more than welcome to take it" she added, as she sat down on her paws again, curling her tail neatly around her paws. When the pack was dismissed, Remmie looked at the alpha. "would you like me to take Liberty to her den, or do you want to?" she asked

Thunder nodded to Remmie, his eyes raising slightly at her assumption she'd be moving out. She must be sure of herself then, but only time would tell if she was to be a hunter. Having said all that was necessary he let out a dismissing howl, and watched as the pack slowly broke up, quite a few couples heading Remmie's direction to get dens.

Remmie looked up as multiple dogs padded in her direction. Coco and Duke came first. "alright" she said. "Fang, take Coco and Duke to the den that is the den close to yours" She said to him. When Fang nodded, and took them to their new den, she turned to Ginger and Remus. "you two want a den as well?" she asked them.

Fang nodded, a bit unsure about taking orders from the Omega, but as it was for other couples, he resigned himself to obey. "Come on Coco, Duke" he said with a smile, heading off in the direction of his den and motioning to the open one near his own "Here it is!" he announced. Duke gave a happy grin, padding into the den and looking around. "Well it's nice and big!" he announced from inside, where he was just able to stand up. "Thanks Fran!" he called out. Fang sighed, but didn't bother correcting him.

Remus looked swiftly to Ginger, nuzzling her "Do you want a den to ourselves?" he asked.

Coco smiled big and she licked her mate. "its perfect" she said happily, licking his ear again as their bed was brought in from their dens originally. Coco scooted the two close together and then it made the two beds bigger. Coco circled the bed and lay down with a happy sigh. "I love you Duke" she said smiling.

Ginger smiled. "oh yes!" she said. "I do! I really do!" she said

Fang smiled and nodded before trotting back to find his own mate.

Duke nuzzled her and smiled, licking her nose "It is" he agreed, laying down beside her and nuzzling her "I love you Coco" he responded happily.

Remus grinned happily "Great! Then yes, we'd love one!" he said to Remmie.

Coco blushed and snuggled close to him, and yawning a bit. "the sun going's down" Coco said, watching as the sun began going down for the night. "our first night as mates" Coco said happily.

Clover looked up from grooming Aurora when she saw Fang. "there you are darling!" Clover said, with a smile

Ginger smiled. "ok!" she said. "Follow me, you to Liberty." Remmie said. Ginger nodded and followed after Remmie, Liberty close behind. "Liberty, this will be your den" Remmie said. "its big, and you have different little caves inside for yourself and patients" Remmie said. Liberty smiled. "this is perfect, thank you Remmie" Liberty said. Remmie nodded and then lead Ginger and Remus to their den. "here we are" she said
