"Let me finish your brother first" Bella said as she finished grooming Sage up. "Alright Sage, you're all done, go wait over there for your sisters" Bella said as Willow scampered over.
"Is it my turn yet?" Saylor asked

Willow sighed and lay down to wait, then ran over as soon as sage was finished.
Thunder gave Daisy one last lick then nuzzled her before looking over to Saylor "yes, it is your turn now" he said with a smile.

Saylor smiled eagerly. "YAY!!!" She said, shoving past her sister to snuggle herself under her fathers paws. She looked up and him and reached her tiny muzzle as high as she could to lick his muzzle. "I love you dada" Saylor said

Thunder chuckled and licked his daughter's nose "I love you too sweetie" he said as he began grooming her.

Thunder chuckled "Well you chose me to groom you, so this is what you get!" he said, tickling her more.

Saylor giggled again. "I know, I know!" She said waiting for her father to finish grooming her. He finished around the same time Bella finished grooming Willow. "Alright, you pups can go play" Bella said.

Thunder smiled, then nudged her when he was done. The pups scampered out swiftly, and he got to his paws to follow them, and see if all the scouts had returned.

Bella smiled slightly and she stood up and trotted after the pups to keep an eye on them as they played. Every now and again, she couldn't help but shift her eyes to the graves of Remus and Ginger's dead pups. Bella sighed and closed her eyes for a moment.
Ginger lifted her head a little bit. "prey" She whispered. "Remus, is there any hoppers?" She asked her mate hopefully.

Thunder trotted off to go find the other scouts. It didn't take him long to scent Coco and Duke, and he headed that direction first. "Coco?" he queried from outside the den.
Remus nuzzled her, "I'm sure there are" he said, swiftly getting to his paws. "I'll be right back" he promised, heading out of the den and loping through the forest to the storage hole. Squeezing inside, he grabbed two hoppers and jumped back out, racing back to the den.

Coco poked her head out. “Thunder! Hi” she said. “What can I do for you?” She asked.
Ginger smiled. “Hoppers!” She said as her mate returned.

Thunder smiled "I just wanted a report on the scout" he said shortly, sitting.
Remus smiled and let down the prey "just for you" he said as he lay down beside her.

Coco smiled. “Everything’s all good” Coco said. “Nothing serious, just that the paw print still” she said.
Ginger blushed. “Thank you” she said.

Thunder gave a nod of understanding, about to accept it, then he froze, turning and looking at her with a curious expression. "How did you know about that?" he asked quietly.
Remus smiled and licked her nose "Anytime" he said happily.

“I saw it yesterday with Rebel” Coco said. She was a bit confused as to why Thunder was so shocked about this statement. “Did I do something wrong?” Coco asked suddenly.
