Thunder padded after her swiftly and hugged her, laying down and bringing her down with him so she could rest against his coat. "Oh my darling Belle, it's ok" he said softly.

“I see….I see why my father left now” Bella whispered. “He…he couldn’t raise us alone, and he didn’t want to watch us grow up….I….” She collapsed into her mate. “Thunder, what kind of mother am I? To not let her pups grow up?” She asked.

Thunder hugged her hard, ears flattening. "It wasn't right. He should have been there" he growled, then sighed and began grooming her. "Bella, you are an amazing mother, and a loving mother, and I know all mothers must feel this way as you do now" he said.

Bella looked up at her mate and she smiled. “I couldn’t do this without you” Bella said with bright eyes. “Thunder, you’re not going to leave….are you?” Bella suddenly asked.
