Bella blushed again and then Daisy awoke and looked up at her mother. "why you blushing mama?" Daisy asked. Bella looked down and she chuckled. "Well, you see Daisy, I'm just really in love with daddy" Bella said

Thunder laughed as Daisy woke up and asked such a pointed question. At Bella's answer he blushed slightly himself, nuzzling her. "And i'm really in love with your Mama" he said swiftly.

Daisy wrinkled her nose. "EWWWWWWW" She said with a disgusted done. Bella couldn't help but laugh. "You'll see one day when you're in love with a mate of your own" Bella said gently. "No, I don't want a mate." Daisy said. "Oh?" Bella asked. "Is that decided?" She asked. Daisy nodded. "yeah, I wanna stay with you and daddy forever!!" She said. "In your den forever!!" Daisy said. Bella froze. "In our den?" Bella asked. Daisy nodded happily. "I love our den" She said, as she snuggled down with her siblings again.

Thunder shook his head with an exasperated chuckle. "Of course you do" he said softly, reaching over to nuzzle her, then taking a glance at his mate's shocked expression. He had to laugh again. "She only is saying that because she's so little, no little one ever wants to think about a mate or leaving their parents" he assured her.

Once Daisy was asleep again, Bella looked back at her mate. "It surprised me.." She admitted. "I didn't think she'd say she wants to stay with us" Bella suddenly admitted

Thunder smiled "If you asked them they'd all say that" he pointed out, then tilted his head "Well Willow might say the healers den, but besides that" he said with a laugh.

Bella nodded slightly, suddenly realizing that in the pit of her stomach, she didn't want her pups to grow up. She didn't want them to leave the den, she didn't want them to stop sleeping beside her. "Thunder.." Bella muttered slightly

Bella pressed into him. “Why is being parents so hard?” She asked suddenly. “We have to watch them grow up……they’ll….they’ll leave our den eventually….I….I…” she looked around. “Can you have Drake watch them? I need you alone” Bella whispered.
