Bella nodded. "can you ask Liberty if its safe for me to feed the pups?" Bella asked. "they haven't eaten in a couple of hours...or sense we got back here yesterday more like. They've got to be starving by now" Bella said, shuddering at the thought that she had been unable to feed her pups

Thunder nodded "Of course my darling" he said, getting carefully to his paws and padding outside, barking for Liberty.

Liberty turned from the dogs gathered, and trotted up to Thunder. "what is it?" she asked. "Is Bella ok?" she asked him

Thunder nodded quickly "She was wondering if she could go to our pups, they must be rather hungry" he said worriedly. "But of course if she is too sick, I am sure I could request Autumn to help out, as she only has two of her own" he added.

Liberty thought for a moment. "let me check her over" she said, padding back into the den and sniffing Bella over. "yes, you can go feed them" Liberty said. "but nothing but resting, Thunder, you make sure of that" Liberty said, as Bella stood up and trotted over to her mate

Thunder nodded, following then smiling and nuzzling his mate as she trotted up to him. "Good, I will" he said quickly. "Let's go see our pups!" he said with a smile.

Bella smiled as well, and padded along side her mate as they walked to their den. She pushed her way inside, and smiled as she saw her pups beginning to wake up. "hello my darlings" Bella said, as they all rushed over to her. She licked each of them and the settled down on the bed, pulling them closer to her belly so they could nurse.

Thunder smiled as he entered their den, nodding to Aurora to dismiss her, then nuzzling his pups lovingly as they rushed to their mother.

Bella smiled as she felt the pups start nursing. “I missed this feeling” she admitted, licking her mates nose. “When they finish, will you take them outside to run around for a bit?” Bella asked her mate as she snuggled against him while their pups nursed hungrily.

Bella smiled and snuggled against her mate, nuzzling him lovingly, as all four of their pups kneaded her belly to get the milk flowing up again. Bella smiled warmly. "I really did miss this feeling" she said

Bella smiled, and licked her mate, as one by one the pups finished nursing, and then ran around the den. Saylor jumped on her mothers back, and Bella let out a little "oof" as she jumped. "Saylor" Bella said calmly. "I've told you multiple times, we don't jump on backs" Bella said, but she was unable to reach her head around to grab her off.
