"Well its just that you guys know each other the best, and sometimes I feel like I know nothing about Galmur, cause I didn't even know he had a father!" Sugar said, as she looked down at the ground again

Galmúr was relieved that Artemis backed him up, dispelling the weird feeling that had flashed through him for a moment. "Oh i'm sorry Sugar, I really should have told you... I just... I don't really like talking about my past" he said apologetically.

''And I didn't find out until recently, not too long before we left the herd,'' Artemis said.

"Oh.." Sugar mumbled. "Well..now I feel stupid" she said as she grazed some more. "I'm really sorry guys" she said, as she nuzzled her friends. "do you think you could forgive me?" she asked

"Hey, you don't need to feel sorry and you definitely aren't stupid" Galmúr said swiftly, hugging her. "I should have told you more, after all, you're both my best friends, and you should both know just as much about me as I do about you" he said, glancing to Artemis as well.

Artemis nuzzled Sugar, wholeheartedly agreeing with Galmúr, ''He's right you shouldn't be sorry and you are very smart.''

Sugar smiled. "thanks" she said, as she nuzzled her two friends. "Now, can we do something besides eat, drink water, and sleep under a willow tree?" Sugar asked, laughing slightly at her own little joke

Galmúr chuckled slightly "well we already explored, and had a race..." he glanced at the sun's position "And it is getting late... what do you two suggest?" he asked.

Artemis laughed a little, in answer to Galmúr's question she said, ''well I don't think we should go into the forest it might get dark on us, but I will agree its pretty boring here.''

Sugar nodded. “Sooooo” she said, “do you guys want to explore a little more, or….” She asked, trying to sound like exploring was a good idea at the time of day

Galmúr glanced around "Well it wouldn't do any harm to follow the river, there's a pretty clear area all around it on the banks, and we wouldn't get lost" he suggested

''Sure, it'd be nice to stretch my legs a little before we have to go to sleep again,'' Artemis answered shaking her mane.

Sugar nodded. “I’m in” she said, as she followed after her friends and towards the stream. “Wait, you think we can just….go in the stream for a bit?” She asked. “And cool off?” Sugar asked.

Galmúr quickly spoke before Artemis had time to "I don't know if that's a good idea, with night falling the wind will be colder, and you don't want to be damp when that happens" he spoke cautiously as he began walking towards the river's shore.

Artemis opened her mouth to speak, then glared at Galmúr when he beat her to it. ''Oh ok,'' she said, after some thought, ''ya that is probably a good idea.''
