A Trios Journey (private rp with wingfeather and tenebria)

Sugar gasped and plunged into the water after her. Putting her muzzle under water and spraying water all over Artemis’ black coat she laughed playfully as she swished her tail around in the water and let herself cool off. “Good idea, Artemis” Sugar nickered gleefully to her friend

Galmúr jumped slightly as the cold droplets spattered his coat, then he glanced over with a grin at his friends. Suddenly he raced over to the bank and leapt in, a large splash resulting as he grinned, soaking wet, at the two fillies. "I agree, a very good idea" he said happily as he let the cool water wash is worries away.

Artemis laughed and playfully butted Galmúr, dunking him underwater again.

Sugar giggled as well and swam around her friends as Artemis pushed Galmur under. “Artemis! Stop!” Sugar said, laughing hard. trying to pull Galmur up from under the water. She started laughing more as she ducked herself under the water.

Galmúr resurfaced, sputtering in surprise then glaring in mock anger at Artemis. "Aha, so THAT'S how it's gonna be huh?" he said, suddenly rearing and trying to dunk her under the water as well. "Come on Sugar, help me!" he said with a chuckle.

Artemis laughed hard and thrashed ferociously but could not hold up against two horses, and was, unwillingly, pushed beneath the surface.

Sugar laughed hard and then gave in for her turn. “My turn!!!” She squealed, wanting to get pushed under the water by her friends as well. She thrashed her tail in the water and waited for her turn to get pushed under the nice cold water.

Galmúr chuckled as Artemis, flailing furiously, got quite thoroughly defeated, and dunked. Quickly he hopped off to let her up though, then glanced over at Sugar with a bemused expression. She was the only one of the three who would actually ASK to get pushed under water. "Artemis, would you like to do the honors?" he said in a fake tone before letting out another chuckle at the dripping wet filly.

Artemis resurfaced sputtering and spitted out some extra water. At Galmúr’s expression she let out an indignant “ how dare you!” But immediately began laughing. At Galmúr’s invitation she looked slyly at Sugar, “with pleasure,” she said. And advanced upon the little dappled filly, and pushed her gently but forcefully under the river.

Sugar laughed and pulled her head up above the water and splashed some on her friends. "Take that!" she joked as she splashed more water on her friends with her tail, pulling herself out of the water and falling onto the grass, laughing as she rolled to get herself dried off. She laughed so hard, she felt like her stomach was going to burst. Finally, after 10 minutes of laughing, Sugar calmed down and she stood up, taking a deep breath of air.

Galmúr chuckled as the larger filly gently tackled the smaller, swiftly dunking her. Almost immediately, Sugar popped back up and began splashing them once more, although it was mildly counterproductive at that point, since they were all soaked. He pawed the water as she splashed them, creating swells that smacked into both fillies, sending spray into the air, even as the light gray filly made her way to the grass and suddenly began rolling.The larger buckskin began chuckling at the infectious laughter, then looked on with mild concern as Sugar went into quite the laughing fit. He glanced sideways over to Artemis, then burst out in laughter himself, reluctantly climbing up the bank and shaking the droplets out of his coat and mane as Sugar got to her feet, apparently having run out of breath for laughter.

Artemis followed Galmúr out of the water laughing at the younger fillies antics. After shaking some of the water from her body she cantered around in attempt to dry her soaking black mane.

Sugar giggled and she stood up, trotting over to the stream to take a long drink of water before grabbing a mouth full of grass and laying down in a patch of sunlight

Galmúr took the cue from Artemis and moved into a swift canter, tossing his head as he attempted to dry off. Finally he stopped and lay down, rolling on the grass until he felt most of the moisture leave his coat. Getting to his hooves once more, the glanced over as he saw Sugar laying down. "We really should keep moving" he said, almost apologetically. If they wanted to find a good place to shelter in for the night, although it wasn't late yet, then he figured they should get going.

Artemis squinted at the distant tree line in front of them, ''ya it is probably going to be already be pretty late by the time we reach the forest. Do you think you could travel for a little longer Sugar?''
